Just looking at the map. How long you think before Wolf gets a Kurita attack lane?

Probably 1 ceasefire longer at least now that Steiner took a planet from them :)

@pwnface;

If Davion is so bad where was Kurita for the first two months? Washing your hair? Organizing your record collection? Getting passed around like the last pack of smokes on the prison yard by everyone with a border on you?

Reaching page 100 isn't something that just happens. It's a goal, an ideal you have to believe in.

The first two months and a half of CW there was no DCMS council. The units that participated all did whatever they wanted and even then it was at most two 12man groups. House Kurita is now extremely organized with multiple active units dropping together and often cross-training with different strategies and builds. You'll often see 12 man groups during NA phase consisting of a mixed group of NS, NKVA, 9th, ARKB, and 3TL coordinating the same exact builds and on page with the same overall strategy.

House Kurita has the strongest loyalist units of the Inner Sphere, of this I have no doubt.

Well thanks! I will say that despite all the unpleasant stuff between our houses, mp00 has always been available and helped glue Kurita and Marik together more than any other individual during the days we all fought Davion. I hope we can get back to those days again at some point, I think we all had more fun then.

Ironic, coming from a man we farmed to 48 kills a handful of times the very first night I ever did CW for an extended period.

Maybe the trauma was so great, the experience so terrifying, that your brain has prevented you from remember it to protect you?

Or maybe you're just in denial.

As Dear Coordinator Says, "Seek Always The Simplest Answer, for it is Most Likely the Correct One."

A) No idea. I got my level 2 mechbay; i'll be bailing this weekend

B) Kurtia has two Clan borders and MS taking their lunch money from Davion space. If you're waiting for them to be distracted by yet another Clan attack before getting the stones to strike, that just redefines pathetic. Man (or woman) up and do it if you're going to strike.

Or if you don't, at least don't pull a NKVA and crow about your victories against a depleted foe. That's *almost* as weak as waiting for a third Clan attack to distract your foe

Pretty harsh man. Just asking a question; thought you might have been a CW loyalist.

Real talk: still greatly respect many Marik players & consider many friends. However, vocal contingent of Marik leadership make some very dumb threats.

For that reason, look forward to fighting if it start.

NKVA not only crows about victories, but about every match. Every match just happens to be a victory.

Not meant to be harsh, unless the intent of the question was to gauge if it's better to wait and strike in a few days. Just generally cranky with the snow day.

However, if it was the case, my statement stands. Weeeak sauce.

And also during EU Ceasefire you get a lot of mixing with the german units including 36th Dierons and 11th Legion of Vega which is great fun. Everyone generally works very well together, regardless of unit or nationality.

I don't think you give us enough credit Mischief. We started knocking clan bearded dave's teeth out before you had your population problem. The first weekend we left the clan front and started going full on war with Davion, I came across at least 6 different unit tags that were running full premades, at least 10-12 players. After that first glorious weekend of C-bill harvest, Davion premades became scarce. You really need to fess up to the fact that WE depleted your population by farming every one of your loyalist units for 48 kills a match every match until they gave up. K, thnx, bai :D

That's an interesting claim. I would be fascinated to see some evidence to back it up; specifically, that in a week's period the number of premades on each side were roughly equal, and during that time Kuritan units not only won a grossly imbalanced number of those matches but did so by killing the entire team.

Note: that is not to say you might very well be correct, but I see no particular reason to take your word for it. I would hope eventually additional metrics would routinely be available to offer an unbiased view of who is kicking ass and who is getting their ass kicked
