Yes, but the Cauldron Born(seriously, only Smoke Jaguars call it that, the other Clans call it the Cauldron Born, probably just to annoy the Jags) can carry more ballistics, both arms and the side torso/s have them, so...yeah, Clan ACs suck, I know, but dakka is dakka.
I'll probably drop 90 on this package, dropped 120 on the first Clan pack, nothing on the 2nd, but this one...Shadow Cat and Cauldron Born, like many others here, those Mechs hold fond memories from the MS Zone days...
Speed limit is a byproduct of the client side architecture that PGI has (mostly)replaced with server side, so once they get it working properly, that speed limit won't be needed any more and higher speeds will be fine. Combine that with many people barely breaking 30fps in this game and well, hitting anything moving over 100kph is probably pretty hard for them. Me, I can put a gauss round into a Locust moving 170 at range without much problem, AC20s at range, or ERPPCs at range, but I tend to slow down to 50fps on the Faction screen, combined with having learned to lag aim with MW2 and 3000ms pings on targets moving 200+kph, lagshields in MWO don't exist as far as I'm concerned
