Headache Inducing

I am sensitive to 3d games. Some of them give me headaches, after about 15min. Like the Half Life 2 engine, which gives me massive headaches after 5min or less. Others I am fine with, like the Quake engine. Frostbite and CryEngine were of no problem for me.
Since the last patch I get massive headaches during or after 1 game. It is not the pugs failing during the event. Maybe it is the extremly annoying voice implementation. But I feel like its is more the graphics. I do get an uneasy feeling in the mechbay, but no headache.
It makes playing half way aceptable impossible.
The worst thing about it, I cannot pinpoint to what is causing it. In most games it is the way the character moves, a slight wobbling. Sometimes it is the motion blur. Whatever it is, if it stays this way, I will have to stop playing MWO. I will most definetly not be able to farm the free mech bay, as there is no way for me to play more then two ro three games in a row.
Maybe it is the microstutter people complain about, or the weird movment bug. Whatever it is, it ruins the game for me.

That is probably why.

We suffer from a type of motion sickness i believe (or whatever the underlaying condition is that is commonly associated with motion sickness), and it really does affect some peoples ability to play.
Fortunately, this change hasn't affected me that i have noticed... but i do want to support you in letting the developers know that it is a problem for some people.

Separately, the default FOV is low. If you have reinstalled lately, remember to redo your user.cfg. Pushing it to 75 or higher helps a lot in my experience.

Also I do not remember the HUD beeing SOOOO jittery. Every time I move even the slightest it jumps around, ever so slightly but fast.

For the headaches, have you adjusted the monitor or checked the settings since the last patch?
- Are you running the 32 or 64 bit client? Dx9 or 11? It all makes a difference in visual quality.
- Are you finding you need to squint or the image is too sharp and causing constant eye movement?
- The game could have some 'altered' default settings now.
- Are the game graphics still configured as you set them before the patch? And have PGI tweaked any of these settings to 'enhance' or 'speed up' the net play? (they did say they 'optimized' some settings.)
- As mentioned, some are indicating the HUD display may be effected, it is one of the major rendering 'issues' so perhaps they lowered the 'refresh' on it? (it's not tied to the Pilots view, even though it should be. It's part of the Nuro-helmet display on the Pilots head.)
- is your monitor still running 60hrtz or more? (or reduced to 59?)
- has your monitor be 'reduced' in colour depth? Not displaying 0-255 dynamic range depth?
(but changed to 16-235, not normally specific game settings, but you never know. Although this would be across every game or program and not just MWO.)
If your running Nvidia graphics, check the 'Global settings' to ensure your getting the best/highest display quality.
- Check for vertical sync settings and Antialiasing settings to clean up lines.
Just some ideas,
