I posted in the Marik coordination thread? Interesting. I'm pretty sure I posted in a relevant thread on the topic and only after you children posted in Liao a whole bunch for several days. There is nothing wrong with you admitting you are wrong, stopping your behavior, and improving yourself. I will admit though, I am personally curious to see how low you will stoop.

Oh my goodness... I never realized you guys actually conducted your war council publically. I guess I'll have to just keep this on my required reading list now that I know this is where you conduct actual business between units. Come on guys, really? Y'all are better than this!

Just remember then if you are going to do business in this manner, that things said here will now be well known to pretty much everyone else if you care.

Before you say anything smart, just know I've been sitting here watching you for weeks...

The place is full of hot gasses, and not just from that monster burrito I destroyed earlier...

To conduct war council secretly IS a good idea. In some remote location, where Mariks and Davions cannot hear our disgrace, huh. Gotta find some place, where only CCAF officers can be. PGI PLS.

There is a Great old abandoned base over at http://www.capellanconfederation.com/

I could try asking the keepers of the base for help in creation of a private CCAF WAR council forum there, if you wish.
Let me know peeps.

Oh yes. In fact Liao is the only faction to have their war coordination on a public forum like this. Ghost bear comes close. Jade falcon aparantly doesn't have any pinned threads because they are just hardcore like that.

Well, this is probably the reason behind the failure in 4th S-War... Where is Maskirovka with all it's cloaking stuff when we need them? Posted Image

This base needs rebuilding. I don't think that allowing a guest to see TS current is a good idea as well as I cannot imagine a way to avoid espionage...

I really don't know how this NAP lasted so long, seeing as there is no true leadership/war council/communication between units. Frankly if you are ghost dropping just to take planets you are doing what the dav rats did in cw 1 which is fine if that is fun for you. honestly i feel the Mariks have been on the *** end of this so called NAP since its inception, as for going all the way to capallea i say JUST DO IT! you would be doing liao a huge favor it may encourage better co-ordination between units or it may plunge the faction into a lord of the flies scenario either way it will be most entertaining reading the forums.

I think you under-estimated our bro&sis semi-close knit, Liao Community.

Smallest and most unfairly despised faction in the Inner Sphere...
3 Years later and we are still alive and kicking...

And yeahhh.... Like I mentioned before... Feels like Davion sleeper agents in Marik has change it to more Davion like.
Even more disgusting is to see them gloat about their ghost drops like its some great achievement.. DOH !! Posted Image

The irony here is that secret talks behind closed doors is what got us into this mess. Mercenaries like eSeifer were able to persuade TCAF that attacking Marik was a good idea, and it all happened without the knowledge of most loyalist units.

I agree that tactics need to be kept secret. I'm astonished about the number of guides I find about CW that outline most of the tactics being used against us. We should not be posting our counters to these tactics on youtube.

However, strategy needs to be public. Most national strategy is a matter of public record. Other factions make fun of how all of our coordination strategy is held in the open, but for three years it kept the NAP alive and focused our forces on attacking Davion planets.

Now is not the time for more secrecy. That has only helped our enemies.

Congrats to TCAF and the other pilots who liberated a world from the purple Davions in the Oceanic TZ.

And the fools trying to criticize us for the existence of this thread, you have my sympathies. The goal here isn't to discuss our super secret strats. Most folk of normal intelligence would have been able to deduce as much fairly quickly.

I don't think so. NA, while small, tries to get everyone grouped up and on TS. If he thinks there is no coordination during NA then he is really going out of his way to not participate.

I think he meant more to the proactive and high level of participation that Euro TZ sees...

To me I am look back at history 2-3 years ago, where HL NA was still that active... NA TZ definitely still had it at the time..
But too many people loss interest in MWO during the dark era of IGP... Posted Image

Meanwhile, I'm actually rather curious.

I was dropping with a merc unit (69th) that told me repeatedly they'd been hired to attack planets.

Who did this and with what authority?

Also, this endless piddling contest with the Free Worlds League is counterproductive. The Confederation I know was more interested in efficient success than endless "fite mes" generated as a result of overenthusiastic Steam-punks that have ended up drawing House regulars into brawling with Marik.

Let's stop seeing Liao Regular unit tags on Marik offensive contracts and figure out which planets need to be peacefully (read: we can't stop idiot PUG types but we'll try) shifted to Marik control and vice versa.

If we thought fighting a two front war was a bright idea, our name would be the Federated Suns. Seriously, you're better than this.

No one knows who paid 69MG, but they first launched an attack on Elnath almost a week after Antares Scorpions took Phact. They money paid to 69MG could have come from eSeifer or another agent interested in disrupting the NAP with House Marik, but there is no way to know for certain.

However, as vocal as they have been about it, I'm guessing their contract included the provision, "Make certain everyone knows you are getting paid for this job."
