Well...the screen did go black once when searching for a game. Partially froze Windows. I had to reboot, and when I got back into the game my mech was still sitting there waiting for me. It had never gotten into a game without me.
The black screen has never happened before. But I had no issues before or after that last night.

so your actual time should be 9PM to 12PM PDT.
I now get the same ping to the server using pingtest, so after a few months of people complaining, did you guys fix something server side?
Edit: I forgot to add any further attempts to rejoin game results in the same message. The symptom that occurs is that everyone else freezes except your mech. So the client is still running, login/gui server is still connected but game server communication stops only for some user(s). Other players are not affected. My internet is stable to other sites. Last occurrence for me was 3/15/15 on 1110 PM CST. After which I started playing other games online after 2 unsuccessful attempts at rejoining.

CSJ "Watch" have you now ......
Mike has been identified as a possible agent for "The Society" his communications will now be carefully checked for secret messages to his fellow conspirators.
We always had suspicions COMSTAR had their finger in that pie.
Now to find the secret Stash of SLDF mech's rumors that COMSTAR have been hiding.
CSJ "Watch"
Personally complements to all the Dev's, its great to have you interact with the community and have the information flow it has made the game all that more entertaining and interesting.
Please keep it up
EDIT: last night CW had no planets available then it took about half an hour or more plus a re login before they appeared NA/AU ceasefire.
Oh i will send you a glitch via support as well when i get home showing my mech still alive even though i was dead at end of game. plus we killed 54 Mechs in CW when there is only 48. maybe the IS extra tonnage is enabling them to get extra Mech's in the game
I'm not reading all that. Even if I did I doubt I'd know what it means.

We're in our own rack. The issue does not appear to be a network issue or from any datacenter-related problem. It seems to be an issue with one of our services misbehaving.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?... Sorry couldn´t resist Support habits die hard ^^

The *idea* of it is good. The implementation by Cisco is... immature.
Then again, HP isn't exactly blowing us out of the water with their 75% HW failure on their G9 servers... I guess *technically* Cisco is more reliable, unless you add in firmware woes into the mix.
You know how they fixed one of the firmware problems we had? They renamed the error to something different. "Oh, that allocation error you were seeing? We fixed it!"
Next time I see you on TS, I'll have to share with you a secret on how to get your UCS hardware at 75% off...
