I've kinda figured out this phenomenon. I don't know the term offhand.
There are people that don't understand about UI design, and think "everything is fine". There are people in this world that cannot objectively understand "what is acceptable" and "what is unacceptable" unless they are trained to do so... but even then... that isn't enough.
It's kinda like watching people on American Idol that are tone deaf and cannot sing to save their lives. They exist and they are what they are. They get offended sometimes when they are told the truth...
Similar types of people simply don't know how to evaluate a UI and other such skills. That's just what it is. We will find these people and they'll keep saying "everything is fine, don't change anything" when people that have a clue tell them "it's terrible" and they "don't understand" why.
It is what it is.

Just look at bug list in my sig, and that's just the recent stuff I remembered to add. Alex from QA is doing a decent job but there are just so many bugs that the devs have never bothered to fix.
And then there's amateur design flaws. Whoever they had designing UI2.0 needs to be removed from any further UI design, it's so bad. - http://mwomercs.com/...i-improvements/
Here's hoping they actually listen this time.

1. save builds for mechs.
2. pay to unlock the various armour / internal types that they don't sell off the previous version. I should be able to change between endo and standard structure as much as I want without having to pay for adjustments.

Did you see the screen shots of the new lab in this weekend update? I do hope they include the 'save loadout' feature they mentioned in town hall. Also I hope they implement the check-box that removes all inapplicable ammo!

I know... the font seems way too small.. and still appears to be a lot of clicking required.
PS. You didn't have a problem clicking on each and every body part to customize? Haven't you ever used SMURFY? That's the problem with the human condition, you can get used to almost anything...
