Executioner is 95 tons like the Banshee.
I do hope that it's at least taller than the Atlas, because lorewise Executioner is supposed to be the tallest mech around (if i recall correctly), but he's probably going to be the shortest one, because *PGI*

Yep, I think the Executioner stands 14.4m tall, the tallest clan 'mech for sure until the 3060's I think, I may be wrong.
It also shares the same legs as the Gargles and same arm as the Gargles, so it has to be scaled around that fact, so most likely it's gonna be a tiny bit taller, the head will be in roughly the same place as the Gargles and it's back hump thing will make it slightly taller. It's gonna be huge.
I'm holding out hope for this one, if I can pull off decent damage in the Gargles which is widely classed as a 'gimped 'mech' I think it could go well, more armor, more tonnage, same speed periodically and 13 energy hardpoints.

The Gargoyle you can get results out of if you kit it properly. I've gotten some good games out of it, multiple kills, 800+ damage. But the crux of it really is that it's an 80-ton assault mech with speed more typical of a low end heavy and the guns of a mid-to-low range medium. It's a decent skirmisher with a LOT of lifetime on the field (due to assault class armor and structure), but in a game that is balanced by weight classes (like the solo and group queues) or tonnage (like community warfare), it is at best a sub-par choice.
Executioner I don't have high hopes for. It has a similar design philosophy as the Gargoyle, emphasizing speed and mobility on a chassis that is honestly too big for either.

I actually really liked the concept art for both mechs, but the finished product of the gargoyle was kinda meh. I feel like the 3d team often fails to really capture the angles in the concept art, leaving a lot of things feeling flatter and more boxy than they should. If you look at the concept art for the gargoyle this is especially noticeable on the legs and side torso's. The top of the gargoyle's head is also a lot more rounded in the concept art.
The 3D model looks a bobble head and a 2x4 had some sort of unfortunate love child. The prime looks like that plus down syndrome.

always laughed a bit at that chart. The Summoner is supposedly noteworthy for it's height, towering a full meter over most mechs..... yet isn't notably taller than other Heavy Omnis.
And really the height only makes sense to be remarked upon agianst similar mechs. No one would find it noteworthy that a 70 ton mech was taller than a bunch of Lights or Mediums.

The Executioner on the other hand... should be ok. a 380XL in a 95 tonner is perfect engine choice, MASC could prove useful depending on implementation (95kph in bursts with 95 ton mech armour could certainly have unique applications). Its main issue is the 8 tons invested in currently very underpowered Class 1 JJs. If PGI remove their heads from their asses regarding those JJs and buff them to be actually worth using for the tonnage they cost, then Mr Gladbag might be a force to be reckoned with. But even without that, its still the same loadouts as the Timby on a situationally faster and much better armoured mech. It even has torso hardpoints, unlike poor Mr Gargles. The Exe will be decent.

Um, no. Thats a terrible idea, because the Timber Wolf is better than the Gargoyle in every single way, while being 5 tons lighter. There is no requirement to follow 1/1//1/1 in CW. Don't use a Gargoyle, always bring a Timber instead. The very slight armour increase doesn't come close to being worth the 8 tons of weapons, heatsinks and JJs you lose out on.

A long as it kills things efficiently, it doesn't matter.
If only looks could kill...
