Personally, I've been a bit overly busy with work and family today so didn't get to see this until after the deadline with less than a days notice.
Just asking if the deadline can be a bit longer in the future (or for this case would be great), but I appreciate the gesture nonetheless.

There is the Motherf*cking Crab, how can you dare to resist that little guy?! He is famous like the Urbanmech!
There's the Black Knight... Meeh.
MAULER! MAULER! MAULER! MAULER! MAULER!
I'm in bit disapointed in the WolfHound. He lack the feel of MW4.

*Drools*
Priced at 74 euros at the current exchange rate, not great but that's acceptable.
Preorder bonus get!

You even get more colors!
It comes to my mind that PGI is losing the focus to the Game and go more and more to money making and also take sides with IS only.
I have a more and more negative impression of PGI.
IS packs are always cheaper because the mechs have a lower Cbill value. Upgrading an omnimech costs only a fraction of what it usually costs to upgrade a battlemech.
I know some players are sitting on enough cbills for that to be irrelevant, but most players actually have to grind to kit out their mechs, so you pay extra to reduce the grind.

egection? You mean ejection right?
I hope the Mauler won't be the Daboku with his problem of ejection.

The Daboku is a nod to Battletech: The Animated Series and the 1st Somerset Strikers (sourcebook), where the production history of the Mauler was significantly changed from what had originally been published in the Technical Readout: 3050. To reconcile the divergent information, an earlier version of the Mauler was written in to have existed by the War of 3039 already.
The faulty ejection system is an in-joke referring to a toy line that was produced for the animated TV series. Specifically, the toy version of "Hawk" Hawkins' Mauler had a button on the chest that triggered the ejection seat.

All of these 'mechs, like all IS 'mechs, will be defined by their quirks. For example the Wolfhound looks cool but whether it is any better than Firestarter comes down solely to quirks.
Firestarters, Thunderbolts and Stalkers are good because of quirks. If a 'mech isn't quirked, it is basically not good enough (when did you last see a Cataphract?).
My Grasshopper is not good enough because it doesn't have the quirks. These 'mechs are just more potential trash.

Look at that Black Knight. Look at the Grasshopper. The BK will be the exact same 'mech, more or less, other than the model? It will be big!

The crab is an iconic mech that lore wise has pracitcally 50% less repair bill.
Repair and rearm is coming to game and this may be the ONLY mech in game with a quirk to lower it's repair bill.
That and the grasshopper and black knight are nearly complete oppasites on the energy boat spectrum and the mauler is nothing like the zeus,
Panther and wolfhound is simular as well but not quite the same, the wolfhound will have more of an armour bonus and such.

I fully expect to see the first IS Omnimech sale cost just about as much as the Clan packages, even if that is quite a ways off, because those mechs start coming with all the upgrades pre-applied, as well. The same applies if we start to get into packages of IS mechs that are coming with just as high of base c-bill costs as clan mechs. However, because of technology differences, those mechs are quite a long ways off, as well.
I hope they will be the same price.

And the Clan Wave 3 pack has mechs that werent first seen by IS until 3052 or 3053. Common sense would state here that they decided to advance the game's time line to 3053.
Also, at least now I understand why there was talk of omnipods. By the time I looked at the site today, it was fixed lol.
Don't forget CW does clan vs clan combat, which the Couldron born and shadowcat has been sighted in combat in 3050
