I believe the OP asked a Yes or No question.

Well I did, but this rant is OK. I just do not want to hear rants of IS loosing cause of this. because that aint the reason we lost.

Ended at 71/71 as IS....

10 - 15 average queue time over the weekend, sometimes only a minute wait during the week (very small queues).

When was this??? I never had a waiting que less than 20m...

I see that the growing trend fit my predictions, but hey, everybody knew that the clanners were getting double the games in the same time frame. Honestly, more spheroids should have switched sides, if there were equal # people in both queues it wouldn't have been such a one-sided personal challenge.

Yea, well, my unit decided to stay IS... even though we are a merc unit. But there was no majority vote for us to switch clan side. *cough*the ones who voted IS didn't play CW*cough*

72 matches and 68 pts
put in a 21 hour effort on the final day

21 hours??? I'm guessing You don't work or have a wife :P

I'll stop qouting here...

As I have assumed, the only ones who managed to get 50 (or even 40) were either claners over the weekend or IS who had the time on their hands to actually do it.
TBH tho, I expected the poll to be more diverse, like this it does not seem that much... or is it? 1/3 of IS got their points, while approx 1/3 of Clan did not...

What does these have to do with how many hours he played? I have gone 36 hour+ stretches playing games. With a job, wife and newborn.

You mean You actually played 36 hours straight?

I envy You. My wife would go ballistic... And she herself plays as well, so it's not like she doesn't have understanding for it.

Actually, I don't even think I could last 36h... You start loosing focus...

Yup. 36 hours with only bathroom breaks, food breaks, time out to change a few diapers but no sleep and all game for over 36 hours. Total non gamer wife unfortunately. If she did game I would be spending a lot more money on this and Neverwinter.

If you think 36 hours gaming is rough, I once did over 72 hours between school, work and a 3 day VocTech project for my Commercial Art class.

You don't need sleep till you are at least 30. ;)

From day 1 of the event to Wednesday night I got 31. Most of my games were on the weekend.
40 would have been nice but I had more important things to do then grind the 19 additional matches to hit 50 matches.

I did learn that most of the COMP teams players are just as easy to kill 1v1 as anyone else I ran across. Their coordinated teamwork makes all the difference.

The 2 minute or less queue times were great and I got to laugh at all the IS players crying about queue times.

I was IS. I got 45 points after nearly 45 hours of game play (I played a total of 48 games). I could have got the 50, but at one point my wife was pretty angry with me. I had to step away from the game, only returning for the last day for a few hours in hopes of helping IS pull through.

Did 12-14 drops per day with IS groups, ended up with 55+ points, tripled my friend list, mastered the LFG and had lots of fun. ;) Now I have my new shiny BNC-3M(C) to play with (love the c-bill boost). :D

I didn't even try after the first couple rounds of 15+ minute waits with a 12 man group.

i reached 54 out of the many matches i played but i also had a combination of 12mans or large groups i dropped with that kept the few matches i had exceed 20 mins rare only had a few solo pug drops where yes everytime i get queued 1-2 in line some impatient person dropped and reset me back to the back of the line was horrible to see that happen.

44, but I am active duty and I did not expect to get 50 (or as many as I did). Of 46 matches played, I qualified all but 2.

40 matches, 40 points. The LFG tool saved me a lot of queue time.

Late to the poll... but I voted my results -- IS player, didn't get 50. However, I wasn't TRYING for 50. Poll should have at least one more option, maybe one for each faction, giving an option for 50 points not being the goal (for some players). Or maybe a bit of statement that the poll is only for those that were TRYING to get all 50 points? Abstaining is an option too.

I got 50 points, I started the event after the weekend.
Clan Wolf side (I won another Mechbay too)
Gifts are a good thing to mobilize players, but these events (since the challenge to the victor) require to much time.
I close the game with the back teeth that bathe (sorry if this expression is not english) and every time I stop playing until the next "gift event".

I was IS and got my 50, but it wasn't easy with the drop times. Luckily Davion teamspeak was a great place to match up into 12 mans.
