If you're talking about a rescale.
#1. Quickdraw
#2. Nova
#3. Catapult
#4. Trebuchet

If you're talking about starting completely from scratch on a new model & possible redesign.
#1. Jenner
#2. Quickdraw
#3. Dragon
#4. Catapult
#5. Awesome
#6. Stalker
#7. Nova
#8. Kintaro
#9. Cicada
#10, Trebuchet
Edit
#11. BATTLEMASTER, needs to look like the badass pictures and models from Sarna, not this giant brick looking thing we have.

#1 The Catapult need a massive down sizing and the reintroduction of the large PPC barrels
#2 The Trenchbucket needs to be down scaled and made to look less like a ginger bread man (at a range they are often mistaken for Atlas - until they turn sideways and vanish that is...)
#3 The Awesome. Please please please slim this otherwise good Mech down
#4 The Jenner needs a smaller CT
#5 The Dragon. All the hitbox adjustments did was to make it even easier to kill as the side torsos are even easier to hit now.
#6 A general rescaling for ALL mediums

Catapult, Centurion arm.
Quickdraw...

Heck, all mediums mechs should have work done on them, especially for the scale.

Mediums mechs were not tall like Assaults mechs!

I agree. All the mediums are definitely too large, hurts the weight class pretty badly. I'm not saying I want them as small as spiders but I think most everyone comes to the same conclusion if only for gameplay, aesthetics, or both.

Catapult is too obvious an answer.

So I'll say Jenner. It takes CT hits from literally any angle.

Awesome.

Also, I think some of the mechs released during the Phoenix Pack era should get a quality pass at some point. They all share the same "blocky" style that doesn't hold up to the latest releases.

Catapult needs to lose the VCR's and laughably oversized ears. Right now, that poor thing could house 2 LRM 20's per ear, easily. I guess the ears are mostly "empty space," which makes total sense on a battlemech... Or, at least give it the ability to dispense beer on the battlefield - maybe the ears are giant coolers.

The Awesome is too wide with torsos that are too large, so it could use a rework. I really wish it had more in common shape-wise with the Zeus. That would match Lore and get rid of that boxy, clunk feel it has now.

The Quickdraw and Thunderbolt are only kept afloat by insane quirks. Right now, they are absurdly oversized.

The Trebuchet - anyone remember when that mech existed? - is practically extinct and is probably the mech I see least on the battlefield. Badly oversized and outclassed by 55-ton mechs.

The Nova is also absurdly wide, making an already niche mech rather useless.

Those are the ones I can think of now.

I would love them to do something about the dynamic weapon modeling on 'Mechs with box launchers. The Zeus is an example of how to do it right. The Griffin, Catapult et al are examples of how to do it in the most ungainly way imaginable.

The "stick the first launcher in the box, then randomly tack every subsequent launcher to whatever flat surface is handy" approach actually prevents me from running multiple missile systems on those 'Mechs. It just looks so bad. So bad. It can work on 'Mechs like the Stormcrow, where the first launcher just projects from a flat surface anyway. But on 'Mechs where the first launcher is actually modeled as a purpose-built graphical object, subsequent missiles need to expand or multiply that object.

For hit boxes: Jenner

Awesome

If there is a 'Mech that deserves a new model and new hitboxes, then without any doubt it's the Awesome.

Mist Lynx should be the #1 Candidate. Those darn POPEYE ARMS!! where is my anchor Tatoo.

Warhawk Could also go on a diet around the midsection.

The catapult needs to be dramatically shrunk in size. She's just a 65 ton mech, but she's as practically has the same volume of a Stalker.

I'll give one more argument for the Catapult:

Those abominations of tack-on launchers are easily fixed:

And here's PGI's reply:

My response? PGI, you don't need to "find time", you need to stop wasting time and do these things already.

I absolutely agree with you on that. The Quickdraw badly needs work.
In my opinion, next on the list should be the Nova or Trebuchet, and then the Centurion.

Nova is compeltely fine, it is how it should look like, given that a torso needs to be. all PGI would need to do is put some structure from legs and arms into CT.

I would actually also like the Warhawk to end up remodeled, in an ideal world. Not so much because it's oversized, as because it looks distressingly too similar to the Dire Wolf. I should be able to dire Dire Whales and Warhawks apart at a glance, but oftentimes it takes three or four glances and a final mouseover to be sure. Doing something to it to help differentiate it from the Whale would help a great deal with the Warhawk's survivability, methinks, as it'd no longer eat the active focus fire of all fifteen of the enemy players after being mistaken for a Whale. And also it'd let Warhawk pilots be Warhawk pilots, and not 'bad Dire Whale' pilots.

All my yes.

The missile racks on the catapult are just... Awful too.

Just give them madcat pod dynamics and the world will be better for it!

My vote would be in most important order I'd like to see:

1. Awesome
2. Quickdraw
3. Catapult
4. Warhawk or Nova
5. Trebuchet
6. Clan Lights (or perhaps just their hardpoints/arms)

As primarily a light pilot . . .
My fav mechs to come across all alone or at the back of a column are the barn door or poor old catapult . . . far to easy to hit, out manoeuvre and re-hit, both are easy kills and cbill bonus . . .

In order:

1. Catapult: my favorite mech looks-wise, it needs to be rescaled, and it's weapon HP adjusted (remove VCRs, put back the old PPCs).

2. Nova: that thing is way too big. I remember that the first time I saw it I thought "Did they add a new heavy mech?"

3. Quickdraw: another way too big mech. Looks like an assault. I have to apologize to a poor Quickdraw player who ate a full 24 SRM volley at 200 m, in a shoulder, going from almost 100% to red ST in one shot due to the fact that it is so big. I can't normally do that to anything smaller than a Highlander at that range.

Catapults, hands down for me.

In a perfect world, PGI would...

*Scale it down a small bit (a 65 tonner shouldn't look as big as a Stalker).
*Redesign the hitboxes to make it more CT durable (like the Timber Wolf tends to be).
*Fix the atrocious A1 arms and K2/Jester PPC Barrels.

The Cat needs loving first before all other mechs IMO.
