You know, I'm past that point in my life that when things no longer make sense it's my fault. If I get a report, thesis, or paper with the logic outlined above I take a red pen and I explain it is unreasonable to have the reader solve a verbal Sudoku when it is you who are trying to convince the reader.
So please stop this nonsense and just give the value new(old) and keep on using the color scheme but please stop randomly assigning minuses. People understand that a longer cooldown is bad so +10% is fine. -10% is a bad way to go about it as you probably implemented -9.09%...
In any case, you nerfed all clan heavies and mediums that have both ferro and endo (except to overly fast Ice Ferret). Perhaps you need to rethink your strategy on fixed armor/structure and rethink the entire clan weapon family instead of micromanaging mechs. It does not make any sense to me.
