This would be cool on the Arctic Cheetah, where you could mount 2 machine guns. A single balistic hardpoint is silly on a 30 ton mech, 2 would be somewhat interesting.

I heard the game balance cry out in fear, when I saw the title of this thread.
Of course everyone wants them, because it makes the clan mech more powerful, so let go down this route and see what se stupid quirks get introduced to balance a timberwolf with two high shoulder mounts.
Clearly people want PGI to had more heat to CLPL again with these suggestions ?

well as ive stated the Problems that have some up like 2xECM, Locked Equipment(WHK-LT) & TBR-A-LT,
ive Tried to come up with ways to Balance all these Things, with teh Feed Back from others Of course,
as such we have come up with,

Some of the mechs you could build would be a lot of fun... Hello 12mg shadowcat 
But some would be really op. So I am against ambidextrous omnipods.
