To the OP, the answer is never.
They have stated that they won't bother going back to fix existing mechs (outside of making the last 5 mechs - Commando, Dragon, Stalker, Awesome, Cicada - to get the "legomech" system).
It's sad but true.

The odds of them making any money by fixing the treb is pretty low. The only chance we've got at getting the model scaled properly is if it's included in some batch of things that need to get fixed.
The likelihood of that happening is pretty slim. Dev time spent fixing the treb could be used on the next mech pack or hero mech, something that actually makes them money.....and when those two compete I'm pretty sure they'd going to pick money every time.
