If he cheats with a hack that is no longer detectable, then he gets to start over and the game of cat and mouse begins again. I'd rather not. Permanent ban is permanent for a reason. Shouldn't have cheated.

Doesn't help that when you google the name you get profiles from BF3, BF4, and OH LOOK a hacking forum where he has 4 registered downloads.

Venture to guess this isn't the only game he cheats on. Even less reason to ever let a cheater have new account.

Apparently he was also caught padding stats and got banned in another game. Also on BF4 hall of shame. And BF3 ban. Clash of Clans bot.

And to be honest I don't ever feel like some player has cheated on me at any time, I can think of a hundred good examples of the system letting me down though.

Assuming the guy circumvented his ban, and assuming that circumventing a ban is against the rules, the guy already did break the rules twice. Your chain of reasoning now would have to be: "The guy cheated, then broke the rules again to circumvent his punishment, and therefore will not cheat again." The evidence does not support the conclusion, as they say.

As for the second thing you said, I assume the devs do not ban people based on accusations but rather on evidence. The 64 people that got banned were probably proven to have deserved it; There's a big difference between people blaming their failures on a "cheater" and the developers of the game declaring someone a cheater.

They cant do ip banns, if im on a dynamic address they can ban the whole range which would take out every player on my network from my region....

The game is so small, in fact, that fairly new players can be matched up against fairly good players from time to time, and I think that's because there just aren't enough players for the MM to keep the low level players separated from the high level ones.

I don't understand the desire to cheat in any multiplayer game. Cheat all you want single player, but don't be bringing that **** online.
