I hope there will be a countdown for the little guys too
Still find it a bit weird that the EBJ won't have any negative quirks for laser vomiting, they know it will happen but no quirks to stop them preemptively?

No Quirks as said on Twitch, they want to see how the Mech will work and then, maybe, will make Quirks for them. But then again i will use the Laser Vomit but i hope they will not tend to nerf it to hell. Because its a nice Mech that will NOT be overpowered like some are saying. Its balanced if i can say it this way because on the Stream it was almost too easy to shoot it, dont know if they just used Stock Armor or something like that. If they nerf it to the Ground we have a 2nd Summoner and we know how much "loved" it is now.

It is ten tons lighter than the Timber Wolf, so running the same build will be hotter, with less armor, and moving at the same speed (oh, and with no jump jets). You could also compare it to the Stormcrow, but it is significantly slower. I think it will fit very nicely in between the two, so I am glad they are giving it a chance before putting a bunch of quirks on.

Even if it's 10 tons lighter than the timber, it actually has more podspace (can't remember the exact value, i think it's 1or 2 tons more). So it won't we hotter, but even colder because you can slap 1 or 2 more heatsinks on it.

Not necessarily, as the Timber has a larger engine, so it also has more true double heat sinks. So it may be equal in that regard, yes.
(Speaking of that, I wish Smurfy would hurry up and get the game files so we could see how they compare in heat efficiency and such...)

Thanks - I thought I didn't remember choosing these.

EDIT: MASC is great for the torso twist increase and directional changes though.

Can someone screenshot this in mechlab? I am not home yet, and have a sick feeling in my stomach about it... I'd like to see it for myself... :/

Sonofa... seriously hope this is exaggerated. If they took all the positive feedback about the Shaguar from the countdown previews and discarded it at the last possible second I'm gonna be a little bit choked when I get home and download.
The in-game animations are a little more important to me than the static Mechlab pose, but if it's not low and sleek it ruins the look of the mech.
