In the following 3 similar events; Summer Heat, Lucky Charms, Christmas; each time, I noticed I finished Assault and Skirmish before Conquest. I always wind up at the end having nothing but Conquest checked to finish this type of event off. I wonder if this means Conquest is designed to show up less than the others.

I don't think it's DESIGNED that way... I think people tend to play conquest less. Fewer people = fewer chances for matches. While people like to play assault, so that one usually gets finished first.

They should let us trade things away, now I have 4 Hula Girls, 5 if you count to special Spring one. A few other things I would trade off/give to people.

I have to say though, I don't really understand the point of the "Unlucky" heat sinks. I mean, it kind of makes sense, as a joke, for the Christmas and Halloween events. Trick or treat, lump of coal, all that. But I don't feel like it makes any sense for an event like this. Might as well just give people 5000 C-bills or whatever.

Or people are skewing the MM by unticking 'Conquest' when they search for game.
But this can be understood... PUGs team fail is more apparent in Conquest as people tend to have no idea what they should be doing.. Eg. Heavies or Assaults going off alone to cap.. Screaming how bad their team is when they happen to be the last one alive at 100%.
Edit: I unticked Conquest when I was grinding up my Panty 10P... Can't in that thing.. Ain't no Puugin..
Returned back to all game mode now that I grinding the Enforcer 4P... That AC20 ain't afraid of Noooo Body !

Would be awesome if somehow some way they could incorporate the rewards system, ( like the one we have now for this event) in the CW Galaxy Play ONLY. Example you play CW invasion Kill mechs and a get a good random chance for Salvage just like in this event but every game in CW modes ONLY!!!,.... Sorry Pug QUE!,.. but this would give NEW LIFE TO Community Warfare. Since the Clans Have NO need for IS salvage...give the other rewards, C-Bills, GXP, XP, Loyalty points. Unless Salvage gained from killing rival Clan mechs

132 shots at this and you may not even get 1 single Mech Bay....
Would be good to have a Mechbay Sale - then people can sink some of those MCs and it would lower the hurdle for buying Mechs for the next events

I would say all in all an underwhelming grab bag for me. But free is free and it was fun to do. The premium time helped me elite my Mad Dogs.
But no Mech Bayz.... boo hoo.
Now I'm, going to contemplate whether I wanna spend a decade in CW to get some items. 40*30 mins to play +30mins to find match = 2400 mins = 40 hrs = 5 days (8 hours).
