I've updated the Event links in the original post with direct links to the Summer Heat: Wave 3 permalink page.

This event is still running, alongside the new We Can Be Heroes event.

We are also looking into the redemption issues at the moment!

This event would be better if there was more carrots and perks to lure players into CW every time i try to find a CW match no one is there so unable to maximize my prize earning. Missing out on 39 Cool off Prizes.

Please make a CW event to draw players. What was the Battle that occured right before Tukkayid it was not as big but was a major battle? Do that one. Or start the Wolf Falcon War.

Will this be addressed before the ability to redeem items expires?

having same issue with untracked & unredeemable rewards... I said nothing when I was out due to the hash/patch update issue the entire Tukkayid event, completely screwed out of it...been waiting countless months..and I said nothing cause I knew it wouldn't change anything.. whats up with our beloved game, people? promises not kept..aspects of the game removed to never be seen again...gross & obvious ploys for ever more $$$'s <cough>$500 gold mechs<cough> cant keep things up to parr? I hope you guys find someone that can...

I redeemed one (counter-attack, 30MC), back at the start when folk were having issues redeeming their prizes.
Didn't have an issue, so I thought I'd wait to redeem anything else incase I won any premium time and it started ticking away.

Now the event is over I'm trying to redeem my qualifying matches also to no avail.
Glad I'm not alone!
