Just think of it as switching to 3 shot burst mode on your rifle.

Wow, you just took me back to toting an M16A2, nice analogy!

Clearly, the Jagermech is what you are looking for. Current dakka meta seems to be triple U/AC-5s.

It's never changed from that as being the bestest dakka EVAH!

That design is more infamous as a poptart, and I think people remember it, but not fondly XP.

My final update on this thread folks - thanks again for all of the awesome suggestions and feedback!

The Jager DD has been great so far; with Endo and Double Sinks (Ferro ripped out) i found the tonnage to max out armor on arms and torsos, load up plenty of UA/C 5 and A/C 2 ammo and still hold onto a pair of medium lasers as backup weapons.

The eventual gameplan is to possibly strip the A/C 2s and add a third UA/C 5, but I am actually loving the firepower as is.

There's nothing like the sound of those autocannons firing... it's pure bliss:

Surprised by the lack of 1N recommendations.

Stock it has 50% AC5 quirks, meaning 2 AC5s fire as fast as 4. When mastered with the module, that brings it to 67% reduction, or the equivalent to 6 AC5s.

Which never jam and fire faster than AC2s.

Jaeger is similar, and probably easier to use, I guess, but can jam and that cuts your firepower right down.

Yeah, the quirks on the Dragon, along with modules are really pretty outlandish. What, something close to 40% reduction in time between shots? That's just stupid

I ruled the Dragon out early in the process anyway.
