OK PGI,

Until you bring out the Kodiak I'm not falling for your Clan "Humanoid" Design mechs anymore. So far you are batting 0 for 3 in that department.

Its 95 tons and carries enough firepower to barely surpass my Summoner... and like the Summoner I can only manage to mount 1 ballistic in the chest to overcome THE RIDICULOUSLY LOW SLUNG ARM WEAPON MOUNTS like the Gargoyle has.

MASC is cool but overall I'm going thumbs down on this one...

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT... its a lemon

If I could request a refund of my $30 for it I would gladly do so. Is it possible?

You misunderstood,

CLAN MECHS ARE OP!!!! NERF IT!!!!!

As a clan Metacutioner pilot, I love lights who go for my legs, as they have full armor and never suffer from masc damage. Joke is on you :D

The EXE has more armor on its legs the its torso by about 30 pts....so this is a bad idea to go for legs.

Glad, and Gargy were not designed to be a gun boating land pig like the Daishi. they are fast strikers, skirmishers, and snipers.

They were also both cursed with Terribad construction, unfit in a MWO world. A world which ignores TT construction...unless you're a Clam.

ECM or not HBR has good hardpoints

The Ebon Jag also has good hardpoints; it also has Ferro+Endo, while the Loki has neither.

The Jesus Box is what gives it a purpose.

Well at least they're Battletech accurate on this one. The Gargoyle and Executioner are garbo there too.

Love how this is PGI's fault and not the Construction rules or the game since TT or anything...

Been having a great time with 3 lpl's or the u-a/c 20 and meds. Even pulled 3 kill and 700 dmg with it on my second CW drop with it! (3 lpl one)

Pulled 4 kills and over 1000dmg on an alpine match, using UAC/20 and ERMLs. I like it.

The Torso's and Legs have the exact same amount of Armor. The Torso sections, of course, have to be split up Front/Back, to some extent.

80 + IS Torso, 80 + IS Legs.... :)

Someone on here said something along the lines that PGI shows all that you need to know (barring hitbox/programming issues) to help make a decision pre-ordering. To an extent I agree except I have one issue: There's nothing about torso twist range on any of the mechs.

You would think that isn't THAT big of a deal except that when your torso twist is no more than 70 degrees on a large mech that's supposed to be agile, that starts to become a big deal. It's one of the big reasons why it feels like its CT is huge because it simply cannot shield itself properly with that poor angle AND being a humanoid mech. At least the Stalker's um... phallic shape works to its advantage in this regard. A flat humanoid shape... not so much...

OMG.
I wonder how it's possible for ppl not to understand how a mech will be BEFORE it comes out.
We have all for understand: hardpoints, free tonnage, speed.
DO you really need to buy it, and watch it in the mechlab for understand?
(That said, exe is a fun mech, such as the garg is).

Because most players in this game are ******** and have no idea what makes a good mech. I looked at the Exec and the Garg and immediately knew they were failures. Plus, people think over-quirking a mech fixes the issue of it being a bad mech....

For the record, meta mechs lists executioner as Tier2, so it's not exactly garbage. Also the CT hitbox is getting a fix next patch according to Russ.

Summoner is a great mech. The Goyle has its perks nothing great though but fast for an asault.

Fixed, they're adjusting the CT size, presumably making more of it ST.

Personally I'm addicted to corner humping in my Exec. getting back into cover has never been this easy, thanks to MASC.

Not to mention it has as much pod space as a TBR, and people dont complain about its firepower, so firepower is not an issue at all.

umm personally love my GAR's, SMN well we dont even need to go there the entire community is on the same page there.....

as for EXE from what ive seen it suffers from a MASSIVE CT dmg transfer bug currently, apart from that i am looking forward to the day it drops for c-bills,

Hellbie had CT problems when it first released.

It was patched quickly, if i remember right.

I'm reffering to the stock numbers.... but what you said also translates to the LEGs HAVING MORE armor then THE torso from either side.

Front it has like 20 more pts....back it has like 60 more pts. I still dont see how shooting its legs is a good idea?

You LOOKED at it....oh man...so when you LOOKED at the EBJ did you see that it was not a good Brawler?

When you LOOKED at the Garolye did you see it is?

You have no idea what you are talking about and are just spouting BS and lies....if you haven't played in one then wtf are you talking about?

Also over quirking cant fix bad mechs? Have you met the Thunderbolt? It was pure crap before it got its uber quirks pass.

Why is it that people expects the next Package mechs to be the kings of Meta? Does no one buy them simply because they love the designs?

yep , and thats exactly, why i didnt buy him.
KOALA face, One arm, like monkey, the other like none, tiny legs, turtle back, overall model like biger grasshoper.
Put a side Atlas, and he stands like 200 tons monster.

So no exe for me ever.

But EBJ, thats another story.... waiting for MC purchase.

You are kidding right?? Spider has been broken since day one of its release. I can name a hand full more but getting hit boxes fixed won't happen.

Or better yet, they could stop feigning disenfranchisement for being mislead when many of the points of contention were easily gleaned from multiple sources.

Playing the victim is not the same as being a victim...

Oh, no doubt... And it would further destabilize the game mechanics and obsolete 90% of past iterations.

so those people who paid for the gift store TBR or Stormcrow...which are they?
(note: I have neither.. lol)

It is getting fixed next patch, confirmed :D

Spider also got adjusted during the last patch. Something about CT hits not taking damage or something.
