Here is mine: Champion Timby

1x C-UAC/10 6.5t ammo
2x C-SRM6 1.5t ammo
2x C-ERML
1x C-AMS 1t ammo
3x Jump Jets

Careful use of omnipods so that the fewest negative quirks are applied to the medium lasers. 2 medium lasers might not sound a lot but you should primarily be using the potent C-UAC/10 with its plentiful ammo supply. At close range you have the twin SRM6's to give you that brawling punch.

Utility-wise you have AMS with 1t of ammo to help reduce missile damage and 3x jump jets for some added mobility.

Probably one of the best all-round builds you can make and one I run myself to deadly effect due to its reasonable heat output, short and medium range firepower and longevity for extended battles. A worthy champion mech if I do say so myself.

TBR-S

I built this TBR to play on hot maps. If you put the CERMLS in group 2 and the CLPLS in group 1, then set them to chain fire. i have no heat when chain fireing my CERMLS continuously. The CLPLS on chain fire with the CERMLS still fireing will heat build slowly. On the CLPLS cool down you can still chain fire the ERMLS and drop heat.

This is just my way of getting around the nerf bat. Enjoy.

This is an all around mechwarriors, dream.
It runs a tad hot but that's OK bc it packs a nice punch and the jjs allow for great maneuverability to help with getting ours those tight spots. Build it and give it a whirl I garauntee you'll have a blast with it.

I use that on the Prime : it's deadly in my hands.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...fe63fd9938b2081

2xLPL
2XML (use one trigger on each arms, the ML + LPL is easy to use at the same time)
3xMG
2xSRM 4

2xJJ
20xDHS to keep cool, but the build can run hot.

It's finish the mech easily with SRM + MG and the lazors can start the fight very effectively.

TBR-Pryde

A timberwolf originally piloted by Star Colonel Aidan Pryde that is inspired from both the Timberwolf Prime and S stock configurations I made the D the stock base configeration mech as this is the less common chassis in the timberwolf meaning more people will buy this champion or work for it in events, Bit better then the stock timberwolfs at least and does have a glimmer of pizzaz for being a lore build.
TBH, the Pryde varient should be the one because it is a canon mech piloted by an actual, legendary clan champion. Even if there are better designs that fit the "meta" I would vote for this. I would vote multiple times if I could.

EDIT: also, if a build doesn't have missiles, it isn't a Timber Wolf. I don't care what the meta calls for! :D

Mixed range.

4x ERML
2x LRM10
1x SRM6
1x SRM4
BAP
5 Jump Jets
7 added heat sinks
(2 tons LRM ammo)
(1 ton SRM ammo)

Though it does beg the question, with 5 variants, and all the Omni pods, Why not something that gives a build we could not do with the current setup? A variant that gave us 2 AMS slots, or ECM, or more than 5 jump jets?

2 ER large for long range skirmish
4 ER Medium for mid range combat
14 Streak SRMS for close range critical and light mech destruction.

Was one of the most famous mercs and the most sought-for, he was rather mysterious and his true identity was never found, people do not even know if it's a he, her, or multiple people.
Read up on the Bounty Hunter, very interesting read!

This is based on the Timber Wolf B, and I hope they release it soon, cause it was a favorite of mine back in my MW 3 days.

TBR-C

What's good about this build is this: the Lasers can be downgraded to ER versions, and the tonnage can be used to add more ammo for the Gauss, LRM, or SRM.The LRM or SRM can be dropped in favor of one over the other, and more like the Gauss, ad more ammo for either one. Choice is strictly in the corner of the owner.

Me, I ran this config with x2 SRM 4/Art. & x2 Ammo, ER Large Laser, and Gauss with 1.5 tons ammo. And tore the devil out of my opponents.

I'm not going to post a build, but I am going to post a suggestion.

Seems a lot of people don't quite get the idea of what a (c) mech is supposed to be in MWO. Despite it being a so-called 'Champion', its more of a rookie mech for newbies to try out. As such, you shouldn't be posting meta builds like with gauss or having too many weapons. All (c) mechs should always be designed with KISS in mind. That's 'Keep It Simple Stupid'.

Remember -- this is a mech that can potentially be used as a filler during PUG CW. Is this build something you want to see a rookie beside you using? Think about that before you post a design.

As such, I would also like to suggest that PGI ignore the most voted mech if it turns out to be a meta-build. Use your discretion and pick out an easier mech to drive.
with the recent nerfs to the timberwolf I'm going to go out on a limb here and say No new player should be using a timberwolf or Stormcrow as their first clan mech the nerfs on it are too harsh for new players.

The Build I propose is

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...9f4148d6f6cbed6

It has 6x SPL and 4x SRM+Artemis with 4 tons of ammo.

Lethal in close range
