The Highlander one I don't believe you'll need to worry about.
48 kph (Direwolf speeds). Compared to my nearly 65 kph endurance brawler (HM), the IIC seems like a devastating downgrade.
Highlander IIC has an engine cap of 325 on all variants, meaning 64 kph with tweak.

The Jenner, well that's an insane jumpjet count. On a side note reverse joint legs would make it significantly easier to leg compared to standard Jenners. Top speed of 145 is quite impressive in my eyes considering it's a Clan mech. At the same time, remember that all jumpjets are mandatory if the part that has them is equipped. All legs include 2 JJs each, so there's 2 tons locked up (4x 0.5 ton JJs). Endo/ferro forced (makes me very sad, SUPER crit limiter here!).
The top speed is actually 160, with speed tweak.

HBK, 64.8 kph. This slow: I love it; but watch the tears flow.
The engine cap is 275 for all of them, thus giving it a top speed of 98 kph with tweak.

Orion, 64 kph and limited hardpoints assures it'll be carrying either a mixed load or a heavy load. The slower speed will make it more long range reliant than the Timber Wolves.
It can carry up to a 360 engine, which puts it at 85.5...pretty close to the Mad Cat's 89.1.
As a side note, the special 4th variant can carry twin Gauss in the right torso (6 tons of ammo), and have 2 backup MPL, provided that you keep the stock engine.

Zero mention of max engine rating in this case, however...
Check the sales page again. It lists the engine caps for every variant towards the bottom in the stats area.
