Get retroactive faction content

Clan wave 1 = 8 chassis

8 chassis x 1 camo each = 8x1500mc = 12000mc

8 Chassis x 4 camo each = 8x6000mc = 48000mc

never gonna buy them, they were stated as retroactive from wave 2 one time.

750mc to apply a pattern to one chasis.

Even on sale that is pretty rediculous.... how many people have 6 variants of a chasis to make the sale worth while, let alone 11 when it's not on sale.

Pricing model is rediculous... the people who buy these probably don't understand how it works and expect it to work on all mechs.

Permanent pattern, the one thing that will always be overpriced and useless at any discount. Single shot pattern will aywas be cheaper.

I bought faction camos for 8 of my clan wave 1 mechs for a total of 8400 mc when they were on 30% sale... now i can see that i could save 2400 mc if i have waited a bit more.

conclusion: NEVER buy anything if its not 50% off in MWO.

even then the price is crazy high.

PSA for those who bought the full Wave 3 package, don't buy faction camo patterns for your Wave 3 mechs (EBJ, EXE): You'll be able to get them free on Tuesday when the patch drops. They were one of the pre-order bonuses (you can pick all four faction packages if you got the full package) that will be injected on Tuesday.

If it was any other camo (like polygon), I would go after them. As it is right now, I will not buy one - Karakarka said it perfectly: Clan camo was supposed to be retroactive for Wave I.
