-MS- ha already proven how easy it is for a single merc unit to completely destroy the IS, and yet they dont even reset CW.

-MS- has proven that all it needs is masses of players, best in different timezones (thanks to ceasefire), to rush over the map because most of the times you won't find organized defense but PUGs that were lured by the alert into a slaughter fest.
That doesn't only apply to -MS-, we did the same, albeit on a smaller scale, in the Davion ./. Marik war with Ghostdrops and seal clubbing of misfortunate PUGs.

I for one await that day where MS is the only group anyone belongs to.

The size of the superbig units disqualifies them from being called a unit. This is the same for 228 and SWOL.

If anything they're more of a republic.

You might almost call Mercstar an alliance of units rather than a unit...

In war, numbers alone convey no advantage.

It's not about the unit in Community/Faction Warfare; it's about the "Faction."

Therefore, if you want to discuss who won as a faction, you could say it was Smoke Jaguar because Smoke Jaguar was first to Terra before Marik and Steiner rallied to push them back.

Sure, MercStar is on Smoke Jaguar; and the point to this fact is what? I've been with MercStar for two months, and I've had my *** handed to me by pugs as much as we've crushed organized teams and vice versa. MS has a 300-400 people registered on the team, but each night, we can only field 2 solid dropships on average; that's 24 people. Everyday, there's at least 100 people and 3 or 4 different planets under attack. So, no, MS doesn't dominate every single battlefield because we don't have the consistent numbers to challenge each planet at once.

For he who defends everything holds nothing.

Sharing anything else might be giving up trade secrets, so again, if you have issues with Community Warfare, please refer to my topic here: http://mwomercs.com/...enough-whining/
