No, because under the Constitution, States are supposed to have greater power than the Federal Government.
Unfortunately our Federal Government spits on the Constitution every single day and it all started with Abrisham Lincoln.

Isn't the U.S.A.'s you know... country flag enough?
I mean... there are plenty of countries who do not even have there flag... I doubt having state/ province flags of all those countries would be higher up on the list then there own country flag... on top of that.
Can't you just imagine the texas flag is already in game? it's basicly inside the US flag...
its pretty easy to say this, but for example Texas is bigger than alot of european countries combined... All Americans are NOT the same for sure. You would have to actually be here to understand the things you speak about.

It's been that the Federal Government keeps expanding the definition of what a lot of the Constitution says to expand their rights into what historically have been up to individual states.
Annd then there is Texas.. LoL
"No we wont, your law is dumb and were not going to."
Texas state law supercedes federal law. We entered the US via treaty, so the rules dont apply to us.

red blooded American here. Veteran, gun owner, married with kids, own my own house, pay my taxes and everything.
Now, WTF is that supposed to mean exactly? "All Americans are NOT the same for sure"? what? I mean, the last time I checked there isn't a country in the world where everyone is the same. so what does that mean? are you talking about height? eye color? what?

Inb4K-Town.
Actually I'm bored so will stir the pot a little (and also a little curious - The post below isn't meant to offend, just born out of curiosity):
Have you ever wondered why Americans are so adamantly patriotic about their state and their country? Could it be that all the flag waving, bible bashing and constitution espousing actually underpins a subconscious lack of true identity?
Americans have supported the confederate flag despite its association with slavery, racism, war and bloodshed - because it offers some of the only identity and history available to the people of North America.
As mentioned above - no one knows what it is to be American because there is no set culture/history/belief that is unilaterally "American"?
Challenge the next person to offer an argument to this - complete the sentence:
"I am American because..."
