I work in an ISP in Singapore for years... I know your claims to be False.

Blaming the whole country just because one game has a sCrappy ISP is naive.

i cant by stuffed wasting tiem for all the times its happend but a 27 second google search found me this on the first try

When will the Artic cheater and Shadow cheater hitboxes be repaired, COME ON!

you hit them so often open boxes and they hardly get crit.

i saw recently how 1 legged cheetah 1v1 and won a victor
but no we don't get quirk fixes on cheetah yet, it costs 30$ after all

Again you are quoting your experience of world of tanks.

In case you interested on how many under sea cables Singapore has.

What more likely to happen than under sea cable breaks is DDOS attacks.
And that is caused on purpose.

there seems to be a miss understanding, so what ever floats your boat.

my point and opinion still stand

i hope to be proven wrong, but my bet is the sea server (south east asia) will be the first to fall / get taken down cos of low player numbers / not cost effective

Seriously you actually wrote this. So is this an admission of guilt about how the connection from Oceania for the past 3 years is NOT strong enough for effective play? Does this mean we get a refund on all the premium time spent on this game when it was "Not effective play"

I don't know if I should laugh or cry based on this post of yours...

Oh and btw, according to your own post, that means we are only now on 04th getting a server useful for effective play, since the NA server is in east coast USA.....

i must admit, that somehow, spliting into eu+na servers, SPEED up the queues, if you select both. probably heavies queue is now split into 2, and its managed faster. (or it could be higher pops atm). any steam release news ?

Judging by the post, 'effective play' means 200 ping or less.

What they mean is they would like people close enough to achieve this to connect to the Oceanic Server, likely to help keep the population up there, like those who keep Eur and NA active.

But then a LOT of places had high ping.

- As to the premium time, you obviously decided you were playing it to a point that was enough to warrant the purchase or use of it, so I don't see why there'd be a need to do a refund.

A 'thanks for sticking around' thank you reward would be nice though, a little gesture for everyone who's dealt with the worse HSR and ping.
Maybe a Targeting Computer dash item? :P
