I'm in Singapore, so ping generally is good. But the problem I am encountering is ping spikes in game, sometimes to 1000+ ms, which is very disruptive. Does anyone else encounter that?

Something is broken with the routing.
To NA-Servers my ping hovers around 100ms, on bad days it reaches 115ms. To Singapore, it is almost four times this value. Which makes the game almost unplayable - and for a person like me, definitely unplayable. On the oceanic servers the only thing I'm able to hit are standing targets or those which move in a straight line towards me.
At first I planned to keep the oceanic server in the public queue in order to support the oceanic playerbase and lessen the strain on the matchmaker. But with a connection this bad, I'll keep playing on NA and EU-servers, but oceanic is a nogo. Sadly, even the ongoing event can't motivate enough, that latency is just way too high.

What exactly am I supposed to say to my ISP in order for them to fix this? As if they are going to amend their business over a few gamer complaints. Personally, I blame the PM. I'd like to throw an AC20 in his face, but hey, seriously, what do I say to ISP?

I rang my ISP (TPG) and had the customer service guy take me seriously and he started a ticket to be sent to the engineer department. I sent a tracert and some info on it all. Let's hope this gets sorted at some point.

Man, the disconnects are getting out of hand.

6 disconnects out of 15 or so games, all DC's on oceanic.

I had MTR running the entire time, no lost packets to speak of (well, one, but I wasn't in game when that appeared)
