IIC's are not supposed to get quirks.

Hotter and more fragile.

That makes it worse than the ACH. It can't use SPLs as effectively, SRMs are rather rubbish, and 6SRManything runs blazingly hot and a 12M CoF.

The 6E variant will be the best, but outdone by the current ACH (likely nerfed by then.)

People are going to complain just as much about the Jenny IIC as the Arctic Cheeto, I'm calling it now. I'm 100% sure about this.

I'm also 70% expecting people to decry that the Wolfhound has "broken hitboxes."

jenny iic doesn't really have podspace to boat a lot of streaks and a decent engine together though

Well, if you drop down the engine to a 280, you can get 12 tons of pod space (assuming you take 2 JJs). That could be something like CAP + 6 SSRM2 + 5 tons of ammo. Maybe upgrade an SSRM2 to SSRM4 but you get 1 less ton of ammo. Same speed as ACH.

Or, downgrade the engine a little bit further...

Its a humanoid mech with a slim CT i agree with ya 100%....the qq and tears will be amazing.

Not much, think they're more afraid of c-srm-2 as it is .5 tons for one.

6 slots, 6 srm-2s = 3 tons.

The Jenner can have about 7-8...

that means 400-500 rounds with 6 srm2s...

Going about 170 KPH...

6 c-ssrm-2 it's 12 points of damage spread though the all mech... it will need a loooooooong shooting to take a light down with that

jenner can have 6 c-srm-6 and go 140 kmh (or more realistically 6 c-srm-4 and more ammo/a better engine), but lights don't care much of srm...

6 x CSSRM2s is 24 points of damage.

If the Jenner chain-fires those missiles, the Cheater can't even fight back effectively. Only to run away.

Smurfing an Oxide with a 300XL, Ferro, Endo, and max armor gives me 10.85 tons to work with. I'll strip some head armor to give me the 11.

If for whatever reason I want to run a 315XL, that's 18 tons on engine, leaving me with roughly 8 tons if maxed armor.

Let's assume I put two JJs on it. That would be 10 tons for the missile variant.

An C-ASRM6 x 6 loadout is 15 tons just for the launchers. The streaks would be 18 tons.

Bump that down to CSRM4 x 6, that's 6 tons for launchers, and 4 tons for ammo. 48 missile alpha less than twenty times, roughly.

Looking back, this is much less scary than I originally envisioned. It's better than an IS Jenner basically in every way, yes, but it doesn't scream power creep as much as it says it bluntly. In your face. With a swarm of blue rockets.
