The result? Boredom. When I make more CBills, I buy more mechs, I have more reason to play more often, and I tend to spend more money to keep up the grind with Premium, etc.
When I notice myself making less CBills or having to work harder for the same amount, I find myself wanting to spend less time playing MWO, and have little to no desire to spend money.
There's several mechs I'm currently saving for and look forward to piloting, but I know the grind's going to be so long and tedious, I don't find myself rushing to complete it. Since I don't plan to be on as long each day as I used to, I have less incentive to leave premium time running, since it will be getting wasted, therefore that's money I won't be spending.
So I guess less CBills is a good thing for me, keeps money in my pockets...but I can't see how that helps PGI any.

I haven't had any blowout performances, so everything seems normal here.

Seems like im earning with premium time what id get if it was not running.
Feels like a 30% reduction on average.
And before you go git better etc, My performance levels been about what they were pre PSR and Tier introduction.
I noticed a bit of a hit initially, but then I remembered to activate my banked Premium Time and use my Hero Mechs.
Nope...still the same as before now...

I'm still on premium time and average 100K-250k per win, depending on damage that rarely tops 400.
So that little for a 1000+ damage match makes me think they capped something.
If I did 1000+ damage and only pulled 230k I would probably cry.

i didnt noticed. i do usually run hero/invasion/legend mechs + premium time. 100k on a really bad loss, 250-300 on the average won, 450-500k very few hard carry matches.

So instead of reeling me in, PGI is motivating me to learn to do without consumables.
Doesn't smell like a smart business model from here.

Was just in a game.. 500 pts of damage, 300+ score (no kills) and it was a loss and I only got 26K Cbills and just 90 XP... crazy..

However-
Maybe I am looking at it wrong, maybe I recall wrong: didn't it used to be, if you ran a hero mech:
Match cbill earnings in the column
Hero bonus
PT % bonus applied to the match AND hero bonus added together
Because now the PT is calculated off the "subtotal" before adding any bonus in like hero mech.
I mean i don;t know, maybe it was always that way, but I swear at some point in the past the PT was added to the whole shebang and not just the match stuff. Maybe this got changed like 2 years ago and I just noticed it with the new multicolor end of match screen or something.
Anyway, IMO the high end wasnt so bad, it was always the low end that bothered me, I generally do well, but when I see people posting like 50K cbill matches it is sorta like WTF to me. Ties in to the new player XP IMO, if they get stomped it's one thing, if they get stomped and can't earn anything to at least experiment in the mechlab or try to find something that fits them better.......
