I have some question for the future...

Taken, that "Customer Appreciation Award 2016" will work in a similar fashion like the 2015 one, why are purchases done between Oct 07th and Dec 31st not regarded at all for qualifying?

So, if I dump several 100€ in Nov or Dec I will not receive any loyalty mech next year if I do not buy anything else in between?

Seems quite harsh ruling to me...

I believe is was because of the term "active" pilots. you're not considered active if you've not played or paid for much/anything in the past few months.

The "Active Player" award was for 100 matches since January 1st. I think if you haven't played at least that much in 9 months, you can't really be considered active.

It's not about the 100 matches, but the time frame for purchases.

You'd be active, just your purchases won't be recorded, if they stick with this schedule.

I was responding to the activity thing, and yes, the time frame is strange. Has anyone asked for an exemption/exception to be made for them yet?

Has the Cicada loyalty reward been extended for the MC purchase thing? Or is it just for pack purchase reward?

Well it says customer appreciation program not player appreciation program. That said it's, partly, a player appreciation program, too. For 100 matches you got a mechbay and 2 m cBills.
