Well here is what we have seen over time. Adding just armor does not really make a mech work against clans. It needs to have the range to trade with them also. Removing range quirks puts every IS mech at a disadvantage.

They delayed it by 15 minutes, which means 5 minutes from now.

They're not in any kind of distributable form at this time unfortunately.
