********UPDATED TO USE A NEW SERVER********

Okay,

I spent a bit of time pulling screenshots of every chassis and variant in the game. I've paired them down to only the resultant quirks as listed in the store. They will be presented in 2 ways:

First I will have a zip file that you can download here:http://www.chalonnat...PTS/Chassis.zip

Secondly I will upload the photos in groups below a spoiler tag because there are a huge load of them. This will be done in several edits because... well its a crap ton o' stuff.

I hope you find it useful.

****If you want me to put a specific chassis into a better image for comparison let me know and I'll try to help out.****

LoL AWS-8R +3 retention time

So completely OP when shooting at bads who can never find cover (+4,5 retention with module?)

Still completely useless against people with an IQ of 100 who equip a rader derp and know how to drive behind cover when missiles are being shot at them.

BALANCED! Next mech....

For the record...

Gargles and Gargles Sr (Executioner) are real winners...

Mist Lynx, Enforcer-5P, Urbies, Vindicators, and Spider-5V are huge losers.

Welcome to MWO balance™.

If you look the SDR don't have structure or armor besides the SDR A hero.

I'm sorry but any balance patch that takes buffs away from light mechs is a bad idea and this is a terrible place to start.

I'm not sure about the Doomcrow, but the Timberwolf certainly got a buff.

I mean... who's balancing this disaster again? Oh wait.

yup

Like I said they essentially reset the game to mid-2014, now with more tank....while leaving the core mechanical issues untouched.

.....and good grief did they spitball the chassis, I don't even know where to start.

Erm, Wubshee acceleration/deceleration speed nerfed, like having ISXL engine is not enough? Wthat the actual ****? 3S speed nerfed as well?! Its engine is capped at 345, are you serious? Some Battlemasters receive no positive quirks at all and just nerfed for no reason. +50 armor for Atlas D? Timberwolf additional structure? Yeah that's one final thing it was lacking. Looks completely random unless it's a hero mech.

I take it existing weapon quirks will be added on top of that, they will right?

Nerfing the agility of the TDK? Seriously? The only thing that a decent pilot could use to keep it alive?
Adders as well... Banshee too...

That deceleration negative quirk on the TDK is pure hatred, I'm sure.

Have you tried the Locust? The torso turnrate feels like a glitch. Now all I need is a rocketlauncher and the ability to wall jump. Could use some rounds of Unreal Tournament.

Why is PGI even showing that to us? They must have known that this state is laughable. Work in progress, yes, but come on. If the rearranging of quirks really consists of switching some numbers, you really shouldn't need multiple weeks to do that with a big team. It would even take me alone to get them all on a decent level in a days work.

PGI just loves to stir the fire in the community.

I can't imagine what sort of mentality would look at these quirks and say 'Yup, that's good and ready for some testing. Almost perfect with some minor tweaks.'.

I don't know how bad mechs get worse, and good/great mechs getting better is supposed to be the intended result.
