Could Anyone Tell Me

This might seem just a tad unimportant, but why in the heck is that page even there? Who wants this to be a page that anyone goes to to see if they are interested in playing this game.
The graphics are AWFUL, the poor female character looks like something badly airbrushed onto the side of a Van, and the Atlas still has glowing red eyes.
The video itself, especially the beginning mechbay scenario, is actually not too shabby but other than that the whole thing just sorta sits there and screams out "meh".
Considering all the talk about STEAM, I hope that PGI can spare someone from the art department for a day, which is about all it would take to beat the eye-bleeding monstrosity that's currently there, to put something superior in place. That or tell your web guy to nuke it.

Also, maybe send it to somewhere more obvious to the devs?

It's very easy to answer your question, but you are not going to be happy to hear it:
That page that you linked is simply a forgotten relic. Nothing more. Lost. Forgotten. Never updated ...
This site is full of such pages.
Other examples are here: http://mwomercs.com/game/maps.
And here: http://mwomercs.com/game/modes
And here: http://mwomercs.com/clock
And here: http://www.mwomercs.com/theplan
And here: http://mwomercs.com/game/battlemechs
Etc.
I am so sorry.

They also voiced the intention of removing that page or that image. Did not happen it seems.

Sex appeal.

It's just a sad, sad commentary on the organization that is PGI that they can't even clean up after themselves and leave detritus like this laying around.
I just find it hard to expect big things from PGI when they are this sloppy.

OP was not complaining about the female character. They were complaining that she is poorly drawn. I'd say the main problem would be, well I don't know the technical term - hue? saturation? - the colors look flat. That's probably why the OP said it looked spraypainted on a van badly. It's like they're too mattelike and faded. Also, wow - I had no idea that page even existed.
As for those saying put this thread somewhere obvious, it's in the feedback section for the website. So ...

Obviously you haven't spent a lot of time poking through the websites of large companies. They tend to have orphaned links, often because of changes to link addresses and pages. They can also be poorly navigable and this generally has no correlation with the size of the company or how good they are with their product. I wouldn't be surprised if a small company like PGI only had one or a few people responsible for maintaining pages and pushing content (not counting the art people, marketing, or whatever of course, who might produce content).
