Just reducing the requirement from 200 and 300 to 175 and 275 would make a large difference.

Sorry MWO, love the game and have the entire time, but this was badly thought out.

I haven't actually played or completed all events flawlessly and I have to say this event/tourney is the the worst I have ever seen. Lots of hate in this event, and I admit I am one of them

Hey, I tried all 3 modes in PUG, I even thought of doing other servers just to get what I needed. I got all but 1 today using original match scores needed when someone told me they lowered the requirements.
I also seem to have gotten lucky on Friday getting all Tier 1 and missing only 4 Tier 2 but that is due to the weirdness I notice on the North American server.

Original requirements were only easy depending on what time you played on what server.

Win a match with a score of 382 = 200,000 C-Bills.
Win a match with a score of 243 = 300,000 C-Bills.
How?
Why?
I get similar.

Been at this 13 hours, but finally got it! Tier 2 on all Community Warfare maps!
Only in the last game did I play super-conservatively. I hated it too and had some very narrow close calls, but...finally got it.
My solution was to AVOID public games in Community Warfare: Drop with your units!
If you don't have a unit, then seek out the major units in your faction. Especially one which understands the mechanics behind which maps will be prepping next.
MercStar is aligned with Rasalhauge, but I'm sure they'll take any eager volunteers. Clans have plenty of units from Praetorian Legion to the major Clan galaxies and the like.
Seek them out; they will help you.
My advise also: don't team-kill those who disconnect: leave them for the opposition if they get the chance-this tournament is rough on everyone enough as it is!

My only 2 successes in CW were thanks to having dropped with 228 who proceeded to stomp the other side with ruthless efficiency.
PGI, do the right thing and just give the rewards to anyone who put a decent effort into completing this event and are just lacking a few maps. It will go a long way towards regaining goodwill lost from this poorly thought out event.

Getting into the top 10 you have to be getting some serious scores on the maps, well done to those who did and congrats to the top 3 on your shiny new Marauders.
It is very easy to get frustrated when these events are on as you try to out perform your own efforts each time.
Sometimes this is due to elements under your own control, other times it's not.
While I did fall victim to that myself trying to get that last score on a hard to get map I still enjoyed the matches, had some great games and witnessed some great piloting from other players.

It's like watching a bunch of high-school students get a B on there math test when they required a A so they complain to the school board that getting A's are too hard. The school board then changes the highest grade to a B and instead of being grateful they call them ******** for all the time they spent trying to get A's when they could have just been playing outside.
No. It's like getting A's on lottery only. We will have students who get As in all classes receive a treat, but some of the classes will only appear at random. So try again with your sarcastic comment.

In reality, the far more sane solution would be to allow room to miss a map.
IE. Solo Queue T1/T2 rewards required 8 of 9 map at qualifying score. For CW I'd say 4 of 6 due to wait times.
This roulette table is rigged wen it comes to hoping you get the one map you need.
