you have some home grown problems
you do not need to render a player who is watching you (thats done by them)
nore do you need to provide any bandwidth to them as they view your actions from the servers point of view, so bandwidth is provided by the server and the observer , so again not affecting you
grab your self some monitoring software, sounds to me like your having heat issues
cpuz for cpu and general system info http://www.cpuid.com...ares/cpu-z.html
afterburner or something like it to check and monitor your graphics card temps http://gaming.msi.co...res/afterburner
after burner can solve some heat issues by forcing your graphic cards fans to reach 100% before the automated systems do it, this might help but its a temporary solution at best
if you are having heat issues try replacing your heat paste
normal heat ranges should be 30° or under for your CPU
GPU's differ wildly but you want 60° or under for that

also research your gpu because there are some that are known to run hotter than that and be normal while doing it, like the Nvidia GeForce 760 which is known to run hot and not have issues
Cause freaking someone out about the heat in their card doesnt help em if thats not their issue XD
