If there are House specific Mechs does that mean Mercs have access to them all.

It might have an effect on the price of those mechs though.

does that mean atlases will be about 20 c-bills for Steiner's?

If you allow people to sell things to people, you get instant influx of farmers and spam tells.

Anyone from any faction can buy any mech/weapon/equip in game.
House mech/weapon/gear for faction would cost less;
Example (this is a WAG on my part not in beta)
Dragon Cost 5,036,800 C-bills for everyone not a part of House Kurita/FRR
House Kurita/FRR the Dragon would be a "House Mech" and would cost less to buy and maintain.
The perk for joining a house faction is discounted items/equips/mechs.
Merc's and lone wolf would always pay full price.

Yeah as soon as you add a trade system in the game you'll get this and 3rd party selling for real money. They may be selling for a cheaper price than what you can get from PGI. This will take away from their own microtransaction system and cause the game to lose funding for everything. This includes but is not limited to: Maintenance, Bug fixes, Support tickets and most importantly, server costs. If the servers go down, we don't have a game and everyone loses.

NO - there is no salvage to sell and no crafting, so no craft made items to sell in game.
You can only buy/sell in mechlab so no auction house to sell used mech's on
