Do you ***** at people in a pug when things are not going your way?
Are you one of those guys that when you are losing the game must be broken or the other side is cheating?
whatever happened to this just being a game? Take your lumps and look on them as something to learn from. for crying out loud.

Look I,m an older guy I,m 48 but I love this game I play it for fun and relaxation as well as for the social aspect. you know dropping with like minded people to have a good time and blow stuff up.

I have been in 2 units over the last month since I came back to the game and I have never heard so much whining and just out and out lame ass antics.

So with that being said is there such a thing as an Active Unit of grumpy old farts?

If so please reply I am always on Teamspeak or whatever when I,m playing. I live in the USA and in the Pacific timezone.

Just want a chill group of guys to drop with shoot the **** with . have a beer. and kill giant ******* robots.

I'm game. Pacific as well. Have TeamSpeak, hardly ever use it. The unit I was with for a few months didn't seem to do much except play together in 2's, 3's, 4's.

I'm all IS mechs though.

Damned Kids and their cheat codes - jumping all over the map - won't follow orders - stealing all the kills - shooting me in the back of the legs with flamers, mg's and tag lasers - playing with their soundboards and listening to their YouTube music - Shooting at targets any normal man with a normal monitor cannot even see.

Running around to kill a target, instead of walking around and killing them all.

I'm going to open the world's first Old Age Home for Mechwarriors.

Lol, sorry kids, I'm IS and Liao, and a *very* casual player, playing only sporadically, working 6-7 days a week. My last unit kicked me because I'm too casual, and couldn't play often enough to suit them. I've resigned myself to just playing lone solo pug matches.

I wish you well, sounds fun, good luck and see you out there, we'll either shake our canes at each other, or compare insurance coverages over team chat.

Sign me up if you make this.. I was in a xbox unit called O35 meaning "Over Thirty Five" and no one was younger and we had a great time..

Not saying I dont have fun with the younger pilots playing games but there is just more of things us old guys get that you younger kids dont have a clue about...

OLD is a good group to drop against. I always enjoy those battles, though they do seem to have a thing for lawns.

Try PUGS UNITED. Not all old fellas, but there are a lot of us in the unit, we do well and are casual non meta, non L33t, non try hards who enjoy ourselves and often do surprisingly well because we do, and can have fun working together grumbling or bs'ing. And yah, we've got our own Teamspeak Server. Even if OLD ends up the place for you, come drop with us!

I used to be in the unit but I left when I hit rank 20 and the ability to drop consistently in CW waned after the battle of Tukayid.

I am with MS now. Say what you will about my current unit. I have heard it all but there are MANY good players and we DO drop in CW nearly every night with 12 mans
