Hmm, hey Bishop. didn't you do a drawing of the Hornet a long time ago? I really want to see some art of that tubby little 20 tonner, but none of the art I find seems to help it much.

I don't recall doing so.. I have tried to make Wilson impressive from time to time... but thus far have failed. Hmmmmm.

I would appreciate it if you could try. Like I said, there really isn't any art of the Hornet that makes it impressive.

pretty sure the logo was cut and pasted, TBH... as for chicken walker Stalker, I'm not the first or the last to make the switch. In fact pretty sure Alex has some concept pics predating MWO. There are a time or two where maybe I feel some of my idea ended up in a design... because it happens among artists all the time (very little is truly new and original) but oftentimes it's just coincidence. Apparently a Jenner IIC design I did and the one Mektek did (and I didn't even know about) make a lot of similar design choices. It happens. Sometimes a design choice is just such a logical step that multiple people see the same thing.

Uh oh, not good. HG might take offence to that...... On second thought, who cares about HG and their two-year old of a CEO? We need more Unseens resurrected. I propose we drum up the Wasp and Stinger next.

They'll have to, especially if their case gets thrown out with prejudice......

who long do you draw?how old you was when you started drawing more seriously (we all drawed pictures in kindergarden,
but most of us left that hobby for good at some point or another :)) And if i am allowed to ask how old are you?
The mech looks very good on the details and the overall appereance.Coud imagine stuff like this coud make a great
mechwarrior animated series. Not that (sry) battletech cartoon crap.Simply looks awfull and feels like there was 3% effort
was put into the mechs....

coud imagine an animated series with such art that actually woud represent a serious statement in puncto mechwarrior.
not that (sry) crap delivered by the battletech animated series.

I really like it.

If I were to customize it, I'd add some faulds to it, just to protect those hip actuators...maybe move two of those energy ports in the ST's to the CT, preferably smalls for anti-infantry work.

thought about them. Decided that they'd probably cause more jamming issues than not once they got hit.

True, but I was thinking of faulds that looked like the ones found on the Kodiak Gear from Heavy Gear:

Having them dispite their drawback would also lend itself to the primitive version of the mech, as the designers would later learn that they just are not worth the hassle of including them.

sure. But i'd have to redesign the entire lower torso to make those fit, and they'd still be likely to jam up if hit by a shell
