Not surprised at all, I exclusively PUG but I´m not bad at it so I´m Tier 2. No pure Metaing, I enjoy my Locusts but I can get the job done ;)

I'm not surprised, no.

But what does surprise me is that despite being in Tier 4, I still get matched against meta tryhards.

I am. I thought I'd be plumb stuck in the middle, to be honest. I stopped playing except a few games here and there, and during the last tourney. But I did think I'd be above the bottom of the behuhu'd rubhive.

I know I certainly am.

I play mostly lights and I'm awful in assaults. I've had some awful games lately and some I will just disco from the second I see it's the NA server and their base capping within the first 2 mins of the game and the score is 0/0.

And yet I'm classed as average in tier 3, honestly I can't see how this is right. At best I would rate myself as below average as I really only play one tonnage of mechs. I wouldn't call that average, I would call that just sticking to what I'm half decent at.

A little bit. I figured I was high Tier 3, low Tier 2 to begin with. However, I also know I have been buying and levelling a lot of 'Mechs recently, so I was expecting to be a medium-high Tier 3.

Remove all of those new 'Mechs, though, and I'd expect to be closer to mid Tier-2. If I actually bought and played good 'Mechs instead of death traps, I'd expect a high-ish Tier 2.

I prefer to think of it as using all strategic options available to win instead of standing in line shooting at each other like redcoats.

Lets see, as me and normally one other go back and get shredded it's very ""strategic"" a good way to farm score and little else.

I was a little, then I remembered I just elited all my maulers and had some real crap matches.

85% of the way to tier 2

Expecting that to drop further now with the black knight needing leveling. Sigh.

I think i'm probably 50-75% tier 2 capable or more, will have to get these mechs leveled up and see where I shake out.

I had not expected to be T5, (even if I'm +70% bar filled), I had thought maybe low T4 or very low T3, but, I had expected a bell curve distribution of the player base, I am fairly certain that we are actually seeing a pyramid distribution of the players. Maybe my tier got knocked down with picking up catapults, cataphracts, and locusts for leveling, maybe I just suck, but, I think there is a fallacy going on with how I expected distribution to be. Maybe PGI will put out stats of % of active population in each PSR tier.

I'm suprised I was even able to be half way through tier 3 with how I've been just trying to elite mechs for the past month, playing sleep deprived, and only ever pugging.

Now to just rock bottom at tier 5 trying to elite my Black Knights... or Locusts, maybe an Awesome too.

Tier 3, where I expected to be.

Eh, not surprised. Actually I'm exactly where I'd thought I'd be, and it makes sense.

I mean there are days where I want to play competitively and then there are days where I "try something new". Pretty happy happy about it. Question is do I want to cross over or do I want to keep doing what I'm doing?

cant believe I've been playing for a few years now, and newbie underhives have better tier rating than me, although I take breaks in the summer time due to unforeseen circumstances, but still, Oi!

I'm not surprised about my tier I'm surprised at how many people are actually in tier 1.

Nah I think its pretty accurate. I exclusively pug and run every type of mech. Switching between light, med, heavy and assault every few matches ~80% tier 3 seems fitting.
