Mobile Heavies / Assaults ?

I've bought 3 different assault mechs and 3 different heavy mechs.
The 3 Assaults were the King Crab 000, Stalker Misery and the Direwolf. I did not enjoy a single one of them due to their immense immobility. Normally I play light so the transition was really hard for me to get even decent games because I got caught out almost every game. I did not master any of these but I had all the basic skills for these mechs which in my opinion didnt help the mobility a lot.
The 3 Heavies I played are the Timberwolf, the Jagermech and the Thunderbolts. I absolutly hated the jagermechs mobility, and a lot of other stuff that I even ended up selling it. I mastered the Thunderbolts, and I really like these. For me personally these are mobile enough for me to enjoy and after mastering them I think they are quite mobile for heavies. The Timberwolf is also pretty mobile but I really dont like the acceleration / decceleration of it.
So this leads me to the questions I have :
1. Are there any mobile Assaults ? Maybe I would like the executioner and gargoyle but Im not sure if I want to risk 17-20 mio cbills.
2. I noticed every Clan heavy mech has a speed of 81.0 kph and with speed tweak theyre at 89.1 kph. Is every mech the same in terms of mobility ? Or is there a difference in Torso turn rate, accl + deccl and that sort of stuff ?
3. Is the Thunderbolt 5SS with a std 300 a mobile heavy ? or are there even more mobile heavies ?
TLDR :
bought 3 assaults, enjoyed none of them due to lack of mobility, bought 3 heavies enjoyed one of them heavily, one moderatly, one absolutly not. does every Clan heavy have the same mobility ? Is the thunderbolt 5ss with std300 a mobile heavy ? Executioner / Gargoyle = mobile Assaults ?
Thanks !

Clan heavies have equal torso twist rates its tied to the engine. It's just that Ebon Jaguar feels more sluggish in comparison because it doesn't have arm actuators, and it's generally built more of a long range fighter than a brawler, which should be pretty obvious when looking at it.
Mobile Assaults? Well that used to be Victor, but I wouldn't recommend it these days. Maybe all this will change with the next major rebalance (in a month or two?). Gargoyle is horrible, dont' try. Executioner can work, MASC and jump jets sure fit into the "mobile assault" thing but I wouldn't keep your hopes up. It's mainly most energy hardpoints being veeery low on the right arm while torso mounted ballistics are nice.
Certainly Warhawk is somewhat mobile. But it has it's own "problems". I do like it tough. Not an expert on Thunderbolts, so that's as much as I can help. In terms of mobiltiy you also have to look at things like do they have arm actuators and what weapons can you fit there, because some mechs that have their weapons torso bound certainly doesn't make them feel "agile", if that's what you were looking for, as this is important too.

Warhawks are relatively mobile. Torso twist is limited.

the Summoner and Timber wolf can fit Jumpjets (unremovable from the Summoner and S torsos have fixed Jumpjets for the Timber Wolf) giving them the best mobility, however the Timby had far more tonnage for weapons and better omnipods with more of a range of hardpoints.
it terms of tonnage Clan Mechs have fixed equipment as well as engines, structure and armor, so in terms of available tonnage with max armor rounded to the half ton, the EBJ has 28.5, the TBR has 27.5, the MDD has 26, HBR has 23, SMN has 20.5 and GAR has 19.5

Your struggles mirror my own before I decided to just let a Mech or Omni be what it is and build around its strengths and limitations.

With the same speed as the warhawk but 4 jumpjets and MASC I imagined the executioner to be much more mobile.
Is the ebon jaguar less agile than the timberwolf ?

If you didn't like the KGC or Misery you will not like the Banshee either, I find it ponderous. I think the TBR for all it is a 75t heavy is actually one of the top assaults in the game now. The Executioner might be s good choice, and the Gargoyle is much like an improved Victor but for lack of jets.

Victors are speedy, although they aren't the MetaMechs they used to be.
Battlemasters are also quite nimble and you can boat lasers with the best of them.
Gargoyles aren't the most "competitive" chassis out there but they are fast.
Warhawk is fast as well, and packs quite a mean weapons loadout.
As far as mobile heavies,
Timber Wolves are the best you can get. Fast, nimble, JJs, good hitboxes and plenty of weapons
Ebon Jaguar has a small profile and good weapon options as well, and it's quick to boot.
Cataphracts offer pretty solid firepower and you can get them going pretty fast
Orions are tanky and fairly fast, I love my ON1-P
Yes, Clan mechs are all basically the same (within their weight classes) as far as speed. There will be differences in agility due to accel/deccel, JJs and such. There will also be differences in torso twist and aiming (because some mechs do not have arm actuators)
IS mechs have much more variety in terms of mobility, since any given mech could have a tiny engine and go 40-50kph or be maxed out and run 80-120kph but no omnipods means more restrictive weapon options

The Executioner works very well as a brawler with a UAC and some small pulse lasers or even srms, if you want it can also run with some long range weapons, and if you care about high mounted guns the torso slots are up there for all that Gauss+PPC or whatever you want to use. The MASC in it allows you to accelerate nearly instantly and turn faster than some mediums. I elited mine and it can run over 86kph when MASC is on and feels like playing an oversized medium with Atlas level armor and some pretty heavy firepower.
The Ebon Jaguar is one of my favorite mechs to play and it can run any build pretty well. If you want LRMs you can get up to 80 tubes over 4 launchers, if you want Lasers you can boat up to 8 of them and have 2 ballistics with those 8, if you want ballistics you can have up to 3 cannons at once. Theres so much variety with this mech that sometimes I just change up the loadout and it feels like a completely different mech. I also went and elited these and the things feel very mobile and manueverable. They go just under 90kph when tweaked, so I can keep up with the light and medium lances or hunt down heavier mechs. The armor isn't as heavy as some of the other heavy mechs, but Its never been much of an issue to me, the thing spreads damage like a champ.
I'm a clanner at heart.
EDIT:
Oh, and the Executioner has jump jets, I kinda forget about those sometimes, but honestly they do help get over logs on bog and up platforms on mining collective and some other places.
