( won't be able to do the event. I have a job and my boss won't understand if I tell him I have my mech to prepare)

I'm not all about the tiers and I think I'm pretty **** 1on1 but tournament sure sounds fun, so yeah! I would potentially sign up for this.

Wow, Bandito makes a humorous thread promoting a good cause and naturally half the people reading it have never met the internet before...

I got the joke, which was in Bandito's defense, pretty obvious, if you've ever read more than a couple of his other posts, seen any of his videos, or seen him in game.

So I am going to make a deal with the MWO community. Here it is...we are just 10 people away from hitting the minimum threshold to run the tournament as-is. After some quite hysterical tests on reddit I have found that 1. reddit is an angry place. [Please don't say duh...I really didn't know] 2. That people really want to see this tournament happen.

So here is my proposal...if you want to sign-up you can [Capping at 10] for free, BUT if you win your winnings go to the charity and the MWO prize pack that was offered by PGI (Thanks again) goes to the second place winner or highest ranked person who actually paid to enter the tournament. I think this is a fair deal...what do you all say???

I can't personatly for multiple reasons.
I am on the EU Timeline (UTC +1, Paris) so it would probably make impossible hours for me for my -probably- unique duel.
I've just recently found a Job and being Driving Instructor got some pretty hard hours of work.
I would probably be unable to move with all theses peoples watching me and the commentator mocking me and my French-Mech with armor in all the back. :3

Yep, and if he is T2 or below who had signed up for the event after the making of this thread, then he should PM me the desired a-la-carte choice. Or the regular Marauder pack.

I'm confused. OP is promoting a player run event where all donations will go to a charity (A children's hospital, specifically) and he's adding further incentive to participants by paying them an extra reward out of his own pocket.

How the hell did anyone manage to turn this thread into a negative?
