Well... the catapult could only launch a max of 4x LRM 20's, and some small to medium lasers. I don't want to put your suggestion down brah, but that seems like a light load. Sorry.

If I was forced to pick one... It'd be the Timber Wolf. I hate to be unoriginal but, if I had to pick one Mech to pilot that'd be it.

Not easy to answer, cause i like many IS Battle- and clan OmniMechs in all weightclasses and i would pilot some of them, but i'll say it again...
My fav. mech of all time is the Annihilator!

It looks weird and menacing. Lethal at close- to midrange (standard armament). In urban warfare, the Annihilator is a harbinger of evil!
Most people hate the Annihilator and that's exactly what i like. My enemies should hate it. They should find it ugly. That will bring more pep into the battles. They shouldn't like my mech.

Mad Dog! Mad Dog C actually. May seem a little limited but it hits like an assault and flees like a medium (as long as there's some cover).

But I have a place in my heart for the noble Sommoner too.

I've always liked the look of the Bushwacker, it just seems like a workhorse IS medium.

Catapult C1, or the C4. Fire power is not everything. Solid manueverabilty with them JJ and just enough heat-sinks to be dangerous up-close, and plenty to fire all day from range.

They are like my children, I have many favorites, can't say I like one more than the other... At one time the cougar was my fav, then the Bushy, then the Uziel, then the Scat, then the Thor, then the Thanny, then the Highlander, then the Daishi, then the MadCat Mk2, then the SuperNova, then the Tenchi...

Totally not fair to ask such a thing.

My favourite IS mech is the Crusader 3L. Heavy with jump jets = maximum dfa.

Clan tech, Gladiator prime. Ghost Bear all the way.

UZIEL all the way. its got a great mix of firepower,speed, agility, and is jumpjet capible.
Im a medium mech fan so when I saw the hunchback make a comeback i freaked! So thank You so much for bringing that back.
I also love The Highlander.
