Don't forget the PPC has min range of 91m (team mate recently shot me in the back at 10m and it now apparently does zero damage at minimum range). They were supposed to put in an electrical disturbance this patch.... not sure if that was in yet.

the massive speed boost greatly increases the PPC' efficiency at every ranges.
