Lol. Davions already get their collective ass handed to them on a daily basis by everyone else. Why would you subject them to that kind of humiliation?
Uh, Kurita vs Bon Jovi

I'd like to see the FWLM and DCMS vs. the AFFC.
Or DCMS or FWLM vs. LCAF or AFFS, with the ability for other faction players to choose sides and help. I'm FWL by unit...but Kurita at heart and I'll Honor the Dragon against anyone who isn't wearing a purple chicken!
And do you notice that a tremendous number of posts are asking for IS v. IS?

Suggestion: Poll feature in game that activates on a 48hr cycle - allow faction aligned players to vote who they wish to attack. Bonuses get attributed on the closest match up e.g. if majority of stiener want to attack marik and majority of marik want to attack stiener, rewards go to this clash.
Offer multiple challenges so it is not just restricted to say, marik fighting stiener for one night.. ..encourage factions to fight their own fights...

Personally I want to fight Steiner but grudgewise it's fedcom as a whole. More wise it's dead on in this timeframe which turns to just against davion in 57. In the bastardization that is phase 2 I don't really know. We haven't really had the politics shaking things up and creating narratives go grudges to feed on.
Kinda sad. That kind of stuff is what made phase 1 interesting and it died with phase 1.

BOTH of these suggestions have real merit. We already have implemented a voting system for PUG drops, why not community warfare? Taking a 3 week dedicated block of time (call it the Campaign Weeks) to attack a faction would develop FOCUS amongst the Units of that faction. Then, you could take a week off to allow the next cycle of discussions, debates, deal making (call it Voting Week), with a vote at the end of that week. The amount of side dealing, official get together's amongst House team leaders, and forum discussion amongst the rank and file would be Extremely interesting.
As an addition, only House dedicated (Permanent alliance) groups should be allowed to vote on who to attack.
Just my two C-Bills.
Think about it!

(Or is the next release going to appear sooner than we think and include automatically generated "missions", based on the attack paths voted for by the Loyalists?)

Mission-based objects?
Loyalist-decided Pathing decisions?
I am sorry to say there has been no commitment by PGI for either... ever. (Let alone 01DEC.)
We can only hope for a Saturnalia-miracle.
