I liked the [Elite/Veteran/Legendary] (Tier) Founder (Pack) naming system much better
For example
[Recruit/Urban/Expert/Lead] (Tier) Guerilla (Pack) - Resistance 1
[Vanguard/Warrior/Tempered/Commanding] (Tier) Invader (Pack) - Clan Wave 1

I wonder if the image is fish-eyed like many images of previews past...
I like the badge :3

Somewhat makes sense, since i'm pretty sure both of them are Davion designs (at least as far as i recall)

The torso proportions look off (torso lasers seem way too big compared to the concept art, that's the problem with making all your resources universal across chassis I guess), and the upper arms probably should have been at a slight angle like most other mechs these days. Having the upper arm exactly perpendicular to the ground rarely looks good.
Sorry to say it guys, but I think this is a rare swing and a miss. The legs look fine, but the waist up is just a worse looking Panther. I always try to be constructive and positive, but I'm really struggling to accept this one.

I expected the torso to be a little blockier, but it might also just be the perspective and mild twist in the picture. The angle of the instagram snippet only has a really solid view from the back, which looks reasonably solid.
Overall I think it's going to be great and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

My prediction for this chassis based on crab and black knight:
We have 4 variants of this mech.
- WLF-1A: this variant will get heat gen quirks making it the superior wolfhound and making other variants DOA.
- WLF-1,1B : these will get random AMS/range/cooldown/duration quirks... both DOA
- WLF-2: this is the C-bill bonus mech... expect THE WORST USELESS quirks on this. Because its the special (R ) variant, hey... you've got the cbill bonus... right? we are not allowed to have fun and cbills at the same time.
PGI, understand this... these are energy only mechs... its all about heat, heat and heat. you should either give heat gen quirks to all or none. giving heat gen quirk to a single variant that happen to even have more E hardpoints practically kills other variants.
And please... stop screwing the special (R ) variants, i know, i know... paulconomy says that we can not have cbills and fun at the same time... because the world may end.... but... just saying!
