Due to stronger legs but similar firepower, Cheetahs tend to win.
Not impossible for the FS9 to win, but with similar skill, the Cheetah has a not insignificant advantage.

Unquirked, they would be similar (due to lights legging, cXL is largely irrelevant in dogfights/ 1 VS 1).
But, those 30 additional structure points are big.

Yeah sorry the ACH is better by a slim margin. This is common knowledge.

I will tend to ST a Firestarter depending on where I am fighting it. One of my favorite places to fight is in the water in River City. Legs are fully shielded, and while the FS9 tries to leg me, I can destroy a ST much more quickly. Going 1v1 vs ACH in the water is much more dicey.
