This. At least we know "Under the current implementation you are limited to sending 5 reports in total per day." So I suggest everyone save them for the real issues. I'll be saving mine for Non-Participation. You know:

- The King Crab who hits Play and then goes off to tuck their kids in for the night instead of hitting Cancel.
- The Dire Wolf who hides behind the base in Assault, shuts down, and comes back as soon as he takes fire after the whole team is dead.
- The Spider who runs away from the rest of the team to solo a lance, dies within the first minute of the game, and disconnects.

Tell me at least youre talking about in game (even more you cant be serious). Cause there are posted rules for the forums and the mods decide what is and isnt bannable/reportable.

Seriously, people. It is highly counter to Piranha's interests to start banning players left and right from their restricted-audience game. They're not going to turn MWO into a tyrannical ******* because tyrannical gestapos bleed players like crazy, and they don't have the player base to do that even if they wanted to. Every person they toss is someone who stops spending money on MWO.

Either they're a bunch of fun-hating tyrants or they're a bunch of money-grubbing thieves (since they clearly can't be, y'know...game developers. The forums say so!). You can't have them both at once.

All I know is that if PGI were to discipline me for "non-constructive" chat ( I tend to ramble there too) before I got my Marauder, I'd be cancelling that purchase as punishment for "non-constructive moderation".

There is also space for other random reports out of thin air, like a generally talkative person can be reported for "spamming", players which love rush tactics, (play to the fullest, die early) can be reported only due to their playing style, people which have network issues can be discriminated and reported for "disconnecting", people can be reported for "team killing" for responding with team damage against somebody who team damaged him first.

It is a day of great sorrow that PGI introduced this,so from Tuesday, October 20th @ 10AM – 1PM PDT I officially reject to play game until these draconian measures are removed.

Oppression AND tyranny, psychological warfare, threat to community, demands, day of sorrow, and draconian measure.
