Exactly. No one is going to be banned/disciplined for their 'signature' greeting, unless their signature greeting is against the TOS anyway. It's not so hard to take a reasonable guess at where the line is, and even if you get it wrone, unless you're soooooo far past the line that you can't see it for. Where you're standing, IF people report you and IF enough valid reports of 'bad behaviour' come in, the. Unless you're doing obviously nasty/wrong stuff, PGI are going to send you an email or forum message saying 'hey dude, you keep doing X. yOu're really not supposed to do X. Please stop doing X' and that'll be about it, provided you cut down on your X-ing.

I am afraid theirs these few people that are like "You dare chat about anything else but the game at hand? Reported!" then ile get a message from PGI of a punishment Non-Constructive can mean alot of things.

Solution 1. Turn off VOIP and chat. problem solved.
Solution 2. Ignore them, and let PGI reprimand them for spamming the report function with non-violations.

Realize that people who do these things are being bullies because the last option for a game that makes you afraid is to quit and find somewhere else to play. Which I'm sure a small minority of players are doing.

I'm concerned about this as well, I'm sure that some people will get away with "ggclose" after matches and I'll probably get banned for typing "Bernie Sanders 2016" into all chat. At this point who knows, they aren't specific about anything.

Does not mean the possibility isn't still there that I can get punished for those reports. I am already afraid to play the game. I am ussually one that follows within the rules its just not specific enough.

Non-participation has been a reportable offense for some time. However, that basically only covers those that don't move from spawn. Otherwise, it can be called "tactics".

But if you read it says "Non-Constuctive posts" as in forum posts nothing about Non-Constuctive chat this is a first.

Under unconstuctive I alway saw posts as in a forum post.

The exception is it says spam as in not just posts but I seriously doubt its just spam otherwise they would just say spam.

If you are playing a skirmish match and you are the last player alive on your team... And you power down in a corner to draw out the clock and force your team to lose... Then you are not participating, and you are forcing your team to lose the match. That CAN be reported .

If it is a Conquest match and your team is about to win by resources... And you are the last player on your team, and you hide in a corner to draw the clock and force a victory by resources... Then you are not failing to participate because you are actively securing victory for your team.

See those two endpoints? Forcing a victory is allowed, forcing a loss is not allowed.

Whatzituya... Then it is time to uninstall and play something else.  If you believe there are that many people who will report you for nothing and that PGI will side with them, this is not a safe or healthy place to be.
Prosperity Park that is a point of some great debate that the mods have flipflopped on a dozen times.  You are banned for hiding.  You are banned for suicide.  You are banned for running out of boundz.  Basically the lesson is do NOT play skirmish.  With all the players who want to ban everyone for my listed reasons there that mode is not worth it or PGI is rattling an empty scabbard in a manner that is driving off playerbase.
Demanding someone has to play stupid or present themself for execution because you are either too lazy or feel entitled to humiliate them is sick and ascinine.  I dont think you are saying that PPark but there is a very small contingent who is.
Personally i will have enough faith in PGI to be a lot smarter about this than the opinions nerdraged about in the forums.

Why are you defending the fact they don't give you a list of what you could be reported for in-game in clear detail? You can't just say its mirroring the Code of Conduct that make sense to a degree but when it comes to Non-Constructive it doesn't. Also no I can't just leave I need to beable to use the good money I spent on this game which was alot. I don't care if you are black knight, grey knight, or white knight.

I am not defending it. In fact i am mocking the fact it is overly broad and open to way too much interpretation by feels. It will be abused and untill i see otherwise i will also give PGI to be smarter than the haterade guzzing entitlement jocmies who spam the system for every slight and percieved legalist offense.

That said i have reported my fair share of people. Most of whom were team traitors because these same people who report you for "hiding" did worse than you and dont want to wait for anyone who did better or survived longer.

To be honest they need to remove all chat and the ability to spectate for just this reason. So much garbage removed instantly since we cant have nice things.
