that's the real reason I kinda liked longer contracts...seemed easier to keep track of. I also see the advantage of the frequent switches, just a little harder for me to keep track of, lol.

Maybe we should just start doing Contracts in a "Clockwise" order, so it's always a no brainer who is next?

That is my intention, but we had to jump back to pick up Liao and I couldn't remember if we hit Marik or not. Oh well, we will have plenty of opportunity to hit them all several times.

Unfortunately, I already signed up for it on my main account. Didn't really think about using my alt account until I'd already clicked the button. I suppose it's bad form to sign up on my alt account too, but...but...I'm using a different email address on that account, after all.

and here i was going to play my main as i kind of like my IIC Highlanders. I know i am weird. but but but premium time to knock out some of the stuff my VTRs need.

looks like i have till the 19th. so off to play HGN IIC at least a game or 2

The premium time doesn't actually activate until you log into your account. So you can redeem it anytime, just don't log in until you are ready to use it

Thank to this challenge I finally purchased 3 Hunchbacks for my main account and I have to say... Leveling fresh 50 tonners like these on T2 is an actual challenge!

Finally unlocked all the Master slots on my Centurions, so it's on to....Victors . Actually, looking forward to something different (never played Victors on my regular account), but I haven't heard much good about them. At least I accrued 20M creds mastering my Centurions, so should be able to gear up two of them fairly well right off the bat (or buy a full flight of three and upgrade them when I can.) Will need to start doing CW drops to earn the mechbays though.

hooray the VTR 9K is finally elited!! i guess it would of went faster if i would just dump the gauss, but i am running these things super stock so the main weapon, for better or worse, is staying.
now with PT running the 9B should be done soon. then off to the big grind of mastering. but i did get to be a Davion recruit today. only 1400 or so LP and i get a shiny new mech bay.

off topic i did find out in CW i have not lost my touch in a catapult, the cplt a1 ( c ) has been very good to me. actually ether the champion builds have gotten better in the last 2 years or i have.... the funny thing is the VTR 9K with the gauss, 2 lrm5s and 3 MLs has been my best VTR in CW but my worst in quick play pug matches. too bad there is not a trial locust. then i could have a 3 VTR and 1 locust drop deck with the 265 ton we now have.

My mech is a Hunchback.

I wasn't exactly sure what I was expecting, but I can do this. The Hunchback was my first ever mech I owned in this game when I begun over 3 years ago.

try to get a couple of games in before work most days and with PT running on the WMC alt i was out playing my Victors this morning.
2 very good games this morning. 3 kills most dam and 6 kills most dam, only problem is the champion challenge has not started yet.
oh well enough XP to push the 9s over the top for the master slot and enough xp to get 2 of the elite slots finished in the 9b.

nice to see a challenge based on most dam instead of kills though

very typical games for me with an ac20 mech, good component destruction, kind of low damage compared to the other stats. if i can get on a mech and keep on it, i can kill it without doing huge damage. but if there are others around the ac20 just rips the armor off for others to kill. i don't care as long as there is one less mech shooting at me. i have a tendency to walk away from a cripple if the pack starts to hammer it and go looking for fresh targets.

also the 9S proves once again damage is not the only measure of skill. less the 900 damage but 4 solo kills. the ac20 is a very efficient mech killer, when the everything aligns in your favor. the 9S is also carrying 2 mls and 3 srm2s not huge fire power but when the mls and srms are in 2 groups chain fired together it can rattle most pilots enough to miss me while i land 2 or 3 ac20 rounds for the kill
