I already leveled one truly horrible chassis on this account. I pity those who want to level the ARC-2R. I did it on my main before the recent extra nerfage of increasing the size of it's already terribad geometry.

The only silver lining? That super stiff, stick up butt, elbows glued to the hip rigging job made what would otherwise be a beautiful model look terrible anyhow, so I am not too attached to it. (had they added the 2S and fixed the posture, then I would be a truly sad panda)

I will suffer my way through my Rifleman instead, and like it!!!

I'm still settling on which ClanTech light I want to run for Bonus 2. That gives me plenty of time to mull over my stock mech.

I basically ran a GRF-1N stock for awhile when I first started in April 2014. Spent all my cadet cash on it and a CDA, didn't really appreciate the importance of DHS yet. Loved it anyway, eventually did get it upgraded. Tempted to do it for nostalgia.

Plenty of options on the list though, so I'm not gonna sweat it for a bit. I need mechbays before I can even do AmPan's Bonus #2 ClanTech anyway, much less the stock mech (and friends?) for Bonus #3.

Good thing my 2 Quiz mech chassis are mastered so I can farm mechbays in FP. Victors and Panthers make for an awkward deck, but they can do enough work to contribute and grind LP.

I would suggest the Arctic Cheetah for easy mode, or either the Kit Fox, or Mist Lynx for more of a challenge.

Well, now, I didn't intend to end up campaigning for a couple mechs ... though I do think the Dragon is pretty iconic, and the Wolverine is relatively common. Neato.

I'm actually not as fond of the Cheetah. It would be miserably milquetoast mode for me. Odd, since its nearest IS equivalents (in my opinion) are the Firestarter and Spider, and I have loads of fun in both. Though, it would be cheaper because I'd only need one set of pods and weaopns, and one variant after mastery (there's only one relevant build, the rest are for "variety," imo)

I'm actually happier in the Mist Lynx than the Cheepah, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my Adders and Kit Foxes since Invasion Wave 1. The Jenner IIC is the only light I don't have on my primary, so I dunno what to think of it for here, especially since the rescaling. Maybe, maybe not.

Just interesting that I find myself constantly on the verge of decent matches, and while I occasionally use the mlasers, it's usually after I'm out of ammo.

Still.... Snuffed out a Kodiak, and a King Crab the last two rounds, who underestimated me.
