You don't have to, it was a 'teaser' posted before the official announcement. The official announcement was made anyways on the main website.

This is going to sound crazy, but the Dragon 1C will be better at twin PPC than the Rifleman. It has two high energy mounts on the left side, and because the PPCs are in the side you can strip armor out of one of the arms to get more DHS in.

Yea... The OFFICIAL announcement was probably planned. While the day before, Russ probably thought it would be amusing to do that and see if anyone noticed.

You can do 1Gauss+3LL with and XL255 (75.7kph) and still have respectable 37% Cooling. Although not as cool as the Meta Highlander, it carries the loadout with 30 tons less!
